    Most efficiently: Hyperion
    Quickest: Champion that's fully ramped up (if the node allows them to be efficient). For example: Corvus with 4 charges, Aegon with 999 hits, Cull with I think 10 charges, Namor, etc.
    Not sure of anyone that can do all 3 but from what the comments are saying probably pre 12.0 SW.


    If you read one of the comments I wrote earlier I said that I shouldn’t have named it best because I can agree there is no true best champ

    I can think of a few champions that are 10× better than some of your options. Off the top of my head too.

    I would’ve chosen the best champs I could think of but I had a lot to pick from so I just went with 8 random the a champ i consider good
