As havok should still be immune to the incinerates that makes him probably the best counter. Human torch, Mordo, Hyperion and others are pretty good counters too.
Interesting thought, but that should honestly be pretty easy, as long as you can dodge doom’s specials. I’d bring in star lord, probably, would only have to be mindful of the aura when it’s up

Nodes: Picture of Health Power Focus - 2 Power Bond (90%)
Very limited power control, no regen control, a bunch of specials to dodge. Even with the right counters, I can still see this being a pretty difficult fight, especially because of power focus. Though, definitely still a possible one
Heal block is an effect, usually applied with a debuff. However, there is one champion that can apply heal block as a passive effect (that I'm aware of as of this moment) and that's Mysterio. Mysterio's heal block is a passive effect, so it can affect debuff immune champions.
