Soooo like..... when can we get an update on cavalier difficulty for the Monthly EQ??

I know it can't be just me at this point but for the end game players who are clearing act 6 and doing Abyss the uncollected level of difficulty in EQ is literally just monotonous at this point. We are getting to a point where so many people have r3 6* champs now and they are knocking out Labyrinth opponents in 60 hits... I mean come on. a 1.5 million health pool taken down in 60 hits. Thats an average of 25k damage per hit. Which means the average Uncollected MAIN BOSS would be dead in 5 hits. lol PLEASE for the sake of all us daily and monthly grinders add a cavalier difficulty to EQ

It is literally impossible to make content that isn't "monotonous" for the top players that is simply worthless for the other 99.99% of players. The Cavalier players are probably far less than 1% of the players. The Abyss players are almost certainly less than 1% of 1% of all players. You can't spent too much development time on very tiny slices of the playerbase. The Abyss itself was a very large investment in development time, and it got taken down in less than twelve hours. Cavalier difficulty isn't going to eliminate the complaints. It will still be boring for the very top players, and it will almost certainly be too difficult for a large slice of Cavalier players who will start complaining the content is unfair - just like Uncollected players currently do with Uncollected difficulty, thinking that if they have the title, they deserve to smash through all content targeted at that tier of player.
I'm sure it is coming eventually, but I don't see there's any rush to do it. Sure, there are players that wish it arrived now, but players wish for all sorts of things. The devs aren't granting my content wishes today either.

It is not like you need to be a psychic to predict this: the exact same thing happened when UC difficulty was introduced. Actually, seeing as how we keep repeating history, it is easy to predict the other problem that will be created: Cav players who will complain that the new Cav difficulty is too hard, and since they are Cavalier players they should be able to do the content and get the rewards because they deserve it.
Regardless of complaints, at some point a Cav difficulty will be warranted and added to the game. Whether that's tomorrow or next month or next year is hard to say. But the idea that it will reduce complaints defies the entire history of the game and the forums.
We still get complaint posts about UC bosses being too hard. We don't need more of that. Anyone that's Uncollected thinks UC difficulty should be a cakewalk and then it's not. If Cav difficulty ever comes, the same will happen with that one. You think you want it now but only a very small fraction of players are even ready for it.
The primary reason to do it is: enough players exist for whom it would be appropriate. And that number is still pretty small in relative terms. It is getting bigger every day, but my guess is it is still pretty small. If you want to accelerate the arrival of Cav difficulty, and I'm being 100% serious here, the best thing you can do is help other players complete Act 6. The more players that are Cavalier, and more important the more players strong enough to do a hypothetical Cav difficulty, the more the dev time to make it would be justified. At the end of the day, that's going to be the most important factor. Not time. It could be ten years after UC, but if only a handful of players were ready for Cavalier the devs wouldn't be working on it. Time is irrelevant. The number of players ready for it is what's relevant.
HOW BADLY 6.1/6.2 was designed... I'll give my personal story...
So, I'm far from a whale (3yrs in maybe 200 bucks total spent) but I have hella skill/ determination which is why I am at where I am in the game currently. Anyways, so got the Cavalier title 3 days after the initial release and was kicking ass all the way up to 6.2.2 sinister. At that point I was truly road blocked due to the 4 bs elements of that fight and literally had no way to beat it as I did not have one of the cosmics that could as 5*s nor did I have angela or hela, but had hiemdell as a 6* (great... sarcasm lol). At that point after trying different teams looking on youtube for more info I realized I had no chance in that fight to ever win without a combo of 5 maybe 6 champs at the time out of like 150+... that my friend is bs! There should never be any fight like that ever again, hopefully at least. Fast forward to 6 maybe 7 months later I finally pull a hela... happy times but I was only depending on rng as 4*s were gated... no lie almost quit the game... hung in there went solo for a bit blah blah blah lol point is I hate when many in the community try to **** on others because of crappy rng or not throwing money at the game until they get that specific champ. I was lucky and I'm sure many still aren't as lucky as I am... so imagine if that nice little cav difficulty was around during that 7 month span where I literally just gave up on act 6 not due to skill or effort, but simply due to luck. Let's put it this way I would have been a much happier summoner if it was around and I still feel the same way... this has officially been my longest post ever on the forums but hopefully you get where I'm coming from... take care everyone!
This would be similar to when we defeated the collector and received the “grandmaster favor” which ended up being the uncollected title and increase progression and I game items.
