I like this. Considering I would be running suicides for sure in order to boost these champs up as much as I could l, and go as far as I could (considering they are only 4*)....
Does this mean rank up materials/rewards are irrelevant, as these are the only champs I get? That seems self-defeating obviously, but I’ll play.
There are some important factors to consider:
Immunities Nullify Sustainability Damage Alternate ways of dealing damage Ability to bypass tricky nodes with unique utility Immunity to hard counters
You will need all of these. Your Inferno Trinity won’t cover it.
Considering all of this I feel that this team offers a powerful combination of all of these.
Omega Red Claire Hyperion
This is a super tough call.
Some clear favorites are also Ghost, Corvus, Quake, AA, Void, Switch, etc
Corvus - Damage Dealer/Bleed Immune Quake - Unique Champion for tricky nodes/champs Ghost - Can be Debuff Immune/Damage Dealer
I could be persuaded to switch out any of those champs for:
Aegon - Best Long Term Damage Dealer/High Utility if he can be ramped up
Archangel - Neurotoxins can stop regeneration and completely negate ability accuracy of opposing champ
Captain America IW - Can reverse regeneration/High Utility/Good Damage
Hyperion - High Damage/Poison Immune
Domino - High Damage but the lack of the synergy really demotes her
OR - High Damage and Utility but less effective if I’m not running suicides
Some regen nodes could give you major problems, or be downright impossible. It’s tempting to pick Corvus and Ghost, and they could easily be in my three, but considering you aren’t running suicides, I think you’d find some roadblocks.
Venom gives me a lot of specific counters to annoying champs. He has an armor up buff so he's a good counter to Havok. He can nullify with SP1 which makes him viable against champs that rely on buffs like Medusa and The Champion. He is even viable against Hyperion. It also works as a counter for all aggression nodes that use buffs (as opposed to passive effects). He turns off evade from spider-people. His 18% true strike makes him an IMIW-killer. He has armor break which makes him a decent counter to champs like Emma, Killmonger, and Mysterio that don't require armor break but are much easier to deal with when you have armor break. And in general, Venom has decent sustainability with his healing on SP1 nullify. If I'm only going to have three 4* champs for all time in that account, I wanted at least two to have some healing.
Omega Red can do the heavy lifting in that combo: all but immune to bleed and poison, good damage, and can heal. Void deals with things you would rather kill passively, controls healing and power gain, and takes care of incineration. Venom is there as a situational switchblade to take out a wide range of annoying opponents that the other two aren't optimal for.
Act 4 is a given for all these teams. I'm pretty sure all of them will get through Act 5 as well with a good driver. So the two things I was thinking about most was "how expensive is that Collector fight going to be" and "what would I want to send into Epic events?" because Epic events are where this experiment ends: we can't get past the Act 6 gates, so it is Variant and Epic. And Void and Omega Red seem to be no-brainers for me in that kind of situation. What I was debating was Sym Supreme or Venom. SS has been a consistent MVP in high end content recently, but the team of Void, OR, and SS, felt to me like it has some holes. I think that team is stronger, but I think I would personally rather have Venom's tools over SS's massive bleed/nullify combination.

Have none of them

Pretty sure the whole of Act 5 would be done easily

Although Hyperion can be replaced by Aegon/Quake/Ghost/NF
I don't have human torch or doom so can't comment unless I play them
IMO- AA is a savage even as a 4*. CAPIW has perfect block passive on parry's and a massive block prof. SW maxed out can do just about anything
