Same thing happens to me. Seems like some sort of server error as it happens when contacting the server. Like claiming rewards and after a round of arena. Isn’t affecting EQ as I’m pretty sure that is loaded onto each device.

@Shinyuu i think the game has been very unstable for the last 24 hours, Arena, AI interactions, Connection problems. Definitely some work needs to be done today to address it before the Aegon Arena goes live.

I can play anything else with no issues. As soon as round 3 is over it stops and restart at the home screen.
