Archangel vs. Colossus in Act Six

I've gotten a mutant ag from the chronometer+rift, and my top two options are aa and colossus. I can get them to about sig 80. I have a 3-4 mutant gem, so I want to rank one of them up. Which awakening and rank up would help me more for act six content? Thank you

    Really tough choice, I used both an absolute ton in 6.4, If you have omega and Emma at high ranks I’d lean towards colossus, if you don’t have them I’d probably lean towards aa, but you can’t go wrong with either, also if you need a havok counter colossus is your guy

    I do have a five star Emma, but I don't have her ranked up. I also have warlock for a havok counter. Thanks!

    Colossus parry and heavy is lethal but AA has the bleeds and poison. Which fighting style are you best at?

    They both are mainly parry heavy for me, but I don't really like colossus' heavy. The range feels short and the animation clunky

    Damahe and immunities are the main things, but he also has a lot of buffs for buffed up nodes, havok counter, he’s also a tank, takes very little damage, and the s1 stun can be chained over and over with the Emma synergy once he’s ramped up

    His damage output is pretty sick. He and AA both require parry heavy.

    The thing is, the attack rating is so high, Colossus would mitigate some of that damage. AA doesn’t.

    AA only needs about 40-50 sig stones i think, so that 3 neuros are near 100% AAR. They probably both have similar damage outputs but colossus doesn’t rely on the defender to be vulnerable to bleed and poison.
    How many sigs does colossus need? I only have 20ish mutant stones and 50 generics

    I would say AA benefits a lot more from the awakening gem. Colossus’s awakened ability is nice to have but doesn’t really change what he can do.

    I'd take both, AA shreds against non immune, but champs with immunities you should let colossus handle

    It depends on opponents so can't tell. Both are needed for some very tough fights.

    Kabam has slowed down with the release of Bleed/Poison immune champions lately and AA just counters so many annoying nodes. He's great in certain abyss fights too.

    With Colossus’ synergies you don’t need to play parry heavy. I was messing around with him in LoL and smacking 20-30k mediums towards the end.
