1% of a average 5/65 is still about 280 actual health which under current timeout rules this can be halfed. Plus add suicides and salve health can always be added once one re enters the fight. Plus more than 1 champ has cheat death mechanic. Hmmm...

The problem with the Corvus time out method is that eventually he will end up at 1 health, probably a lot using that method. You can't suddenly half 1 health over and over.
Sure it's a cheese method, and in most games these things eventually get changed or addressed because it's an exploit of game mechanics.
At the same time, you just have to wait and see what Kabam has to offer in return when they eventually change this mechanic permanently. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
People don't understand that this isn't a nerf to Corvus. This is a nerf to an exploit that means people don't have to risk anything to avoid a loss. People always complain that there's zero skill in the game, but there is also zero skill in pausing the game when you're about to take a loss because you screwed up somewhere and not have to worry about the effect of it.
Also they haven't "immediately" fixed this. People have been doing this, as many have said, since Corvus was released (apparently). People have used this for far too long and now it's being addressed.
My only surprise is how long it took them to address what was an obvious exploit of game mechanics.
