I feel like this poll isn't an accurate representation of the true feedback of this mode. Newer cavaliers are saying it's fine because it's likely a difficulty level for them to explore that the endgame players yearn for. It really shouldn't be like that. It should look similar to 6.3 which is the most balanced content in the game imo. The rewards could use a lot more 6* shards too if there is a difficulty increase next month.
I was satisfied with the rewards and difficulty level
but is designed to be testing cavalier difficulty. it is as much cavalier difficulty as epic is uncollected.
it should be somewhat in tune. it was too easy. content designed for cavalier level players should be that which is an easy task for newly cavalier players to complete and yet a challenge for the average cavalier player to explore. i feel that the rewards matched the difficulty that the content was quite well but i was expecting that the content would have been harder than it was.
after all there needs to be regular content that is going to be engaging for the higher tiers of players. i feel this was certainly well designed in how each path required a specific team and counters but feel it fell just short of where the difficulty should be set.
The Side Quest isn't Cavalier. It's Legendary Side Quest. There's a reason you're not required to be Cavalier to do it.
No but it was created to help them tune the difficulty of cavalier difficulty, so it’s important they know that if this was the difficulty they wanted for the ‘hardest’ paths of cavalier, they missed the mark on making it challenging for even thronebreakers to explore. I found it very easy and I’m nowhere near exploring act 6.

Who said it was created for that? They said they were using the data to tune Cavalier because it's the most fluid aspect. It's just another step up from Epic. It's not really meant to be finger-mashingly difficult. It's still going to be available for people Level 55 and up.

Side Quests are not, and have never been, that challenging for what they are. Moreso for some, depending on what stage they're at. Labs were by far the highest I've seen from memory.
Rewards were fine for a side quest. Difficulty was fine for a side quest, way too easy for what will be Cavalier. Way, way too many paths for a side quest. Grinding epic with no arena available and it's just so tedious even without the Sasquatch on almost every path. If we never see another side quest with this much grind I'd be good.

they called it road to cavalier for a reason. they literally said "We will use next month’s Side Event to gather data and opinions on how players fare against this new difficulty, as well as feedback on the rewards. It should provide a challenge for our players that have achieved Cavalier but also reward them adequately for that challenge level."
it is supposed to challenge cavalier players. it has not challenge the majority of cavalier players. the rewards match the difficulty. the dsesign of specific counters required for paths is great but the difficulty is just a bit too low.
Must say, having just hopped into epic for the 5* shards, I don’t see what all the fuss is about with the Canadian difficulty Sasquatch, the breakthrough node makes it so it’s not that much longer/harder than the epic difficulty one, 35~ hits for epic, 55~ for Canadian.
Have completion of the cav eq be something like this, but I think most deep endgame players will agree with me that this didn’t challenge us whatsoever, and that we want something more challenging that requires proper thought but also gives us significant amounts of endgame rewards, not tiny scraps of t5cc which we get double the Amount of every aq cycle
I was satisfied with the rewards and difficulty level
The difficulty was suited to Cavalier level difficulty, but it is coming far too late. Keep in mind all of Act 6 is getting reworked, so what we currently know as a cavalier level difficulty is higher than what it should have been.
Problem is, we’re almost to Book 2, and at that point we really need another difficulty for that title which is truly for end game players, and should end up being ~30% more difficult than what Canadian difficulty is currently.
I was satisfied with the rewards and difficulty level
Just about right for a new cavalier player. Could see why endgame players might find it easy. For new cavalier, we might complete but not fully explore. It will take time but I like it
I was satisfied with the rewards and difficulty level
Uncollected difficulty was released before act 5.4, people should remember that. UC was there to help people build their rosters to allow them to complete act 5.
Cavalier is there to help people complete and then explore act 6. Presumably once it's rebalanced, *not* in its present iteration.
If you've already completed act 6 on the current hard mode setting, let alone 100% it, then I doubt you are going to be meaningfully challenged by cavalier if it's intended purpose is as kabam has stated.
A bridge to allow cavaliers to build their rosters to complete act 6 and get ready for book 2.
If they tune cavalier difficulty to be challenging for someone with 30+ 6 stars, 1-2 of which are 3/45 who thinks it should be current act 6.3/6.4 difficulty, then they will be doubling down on the issues that galvanised their original response to the state of the game and revised roadmap.
I really do understand workinprogress, xnig and others wanting this to challenge them. But they are top 100 alliance/top 500 players. There's very little content that could be tuned to appeal to the top 500 players which wouldn't simply turn off everyone else.
I've 5 5/65s but act 6 past cavalier does nothing for me. It almost pointlessly punishes anything that isn't perfect gameplay, for limited rewards. This difficulty, I found ok. (I had to restart the mojo path on the final level about 10+ times before I finally got him with 4/55 quake and I turned off dex. )
People need to remember that kabam specifically said completion should be hard but achievable for new cavaliers and exploration would be hard but achievable for those that have explored act 6. If you’re expecting this upcoming cavalier difficulty to max out at 6.1/6.2 difficulty then you’re in for a surprise... That or you’ll be happy because kabam missed the mark.
Past the first couple of ambushes to get used to Sasquatch it was as much trouble as the lower difficulties. I’m not going to complain about effortless rewards and I’m fine with them being more or less what to expect from future side quests, but I hope cav EQ will be harder than this. We were sold something that would be challenging to explore if you were on your way to throne breaker and this wasn’t it.

Cavalier Difficulty is what they were referring to in that it's supposed to be that difficult. Not the Side Quest. The Side Quest is for anyone Level 55 and up. Not only Cavalier.
