Was Canadian difficulty suitable for a cavalier difficulty?

We’ve now seen all 4 weeks of Canadian difficulty. Personally I think the difficulty level was not nearly engaging enough for a permanent “endgame event quest” going forward. What does everyone else think, and what are your thoughts about the rewards as well?

It was too hard if you did - and didn't bring a counter.
Ambush mechanics are bad design in general .. and should be avoided in future.
An Ambush should never been higher PI than the final boss ..
Ignoring the Ambush mechanic ... I like what they did with the path nodes .. clever planning required to work around them .. plenty of counters for each .. which does punish a narrow roster .. but that's not a bad thing.
Considering it is supposed to be "Cavalier" .. I would have expected the individual fights and final boss to be a bit higher PI ... bit more attack, bit more health .. I found I dropped them too quick (and I'm a "low level" Cavalier .. so I feel this difficulty should be VERY challenging for me .. but only thing that was, was the Ambushes .. LOL )
If it was too easy for a summoner, then they shouldn't expect rewards that are too good for the perceived level of difficulty. Rewards should generally be evaluated relative to the diffculty of attaining then.
It's probably about the right difficulty for the side event, but once it hits the main EQ, I'd expect a bit harder.
Also I would expect cav difficulty to be harder in the final chapters but expect that to have more rewards than the side event too.
I'm a midgame player, Cavalier but haven't touched 6.2.6 Champion.
They need to add more challenging lanes. Fresh Cavalier players should be struggling with it and not burning right through it.
The only defect I’d say is overly repetitive path and fights. Canadian Difficulty is more testing my patience and concentration rather than skill. Yes the energy level for Guardian and Sasquatch are high, but they are not difficult to fight, just bait their SPs and dexterity. That’s it. So far I only use one revive on Mojo because I need to use Sunspot to kill him.
