5* Punisher issue not addressed

My previous thread was closed stating it had already been addressed. This is not correct. The original thread's issue was not addressed. Stating that 5* Punisher has a low drop rate is not an answer. The community wants to know if the 5* version was even in the uncollected crystal prior to maintenance. Please give us a real answer. More threads will be created until we the community receive a real answer. Either yes or no.

I guess it will take a while to understand that the issue wasn't addressed anywhere and that we still are waiting for answers
They perfectly know that, they just don't want to give a real answer
And why can't they see that repeatedly stating its been answered makes them look worse? Kabam we know you're smart enough to know what the issue is, what we are actually asking, so when you say it's been answered we know you are lying! Or very very dumb, so which is it?
It is confirmed that he is in here now, many people got him.
But it wasn't the case before the maintenance, and that's why we want to know if he was before. We still don't know that
Were the 70 pulls confirmed as actually recieving a 5*, and not a falsely reported 4*??

This community has had enough. We want Kabam to take responsibility and to treat us with respect.
What do we need to do to earn respect? Download the game, buy offers, put food on their tables? Just coming here to vent, rant, or anything is still giving them a job, so what exactly, specificly do we need to do to earn respect?
Or what did you do to earn Kabams respect? Or do they not respect you?
The problem is, they won't admit it because that would mean they would need to give back the battle chips or rectify it somehow and that would cost them too much time to do it....
Notice if this was something that benefited the community, they would go into your account and take it back. But, when it is something that benefits them in some way, they do nothing. Interesting....
Basically, they don't want to do the work to give us our BC back. Pretty low if you ask me. Now I know why they have low player retention and bad public relations.
Best theory I heard was the game is awarding the player a 4* and telling kabam it gave out a 5*. They should be able to look this up and verify or rectify if need be, so it may not be necessary to refund battlechips, although that should certainly be possible.
The problem now is they're too busy repossessing gold, quest exploits, breaking a.w., and trying to fix a.w. all at the same time, and who knows they could be working on some bug fixes too. And don't forget next months event quest and new champs as well.
Kabam has it ever been suggested that you take a month off, no new content, and just fix stuff? You like the measure twice cut once analogy, well in construction the more you build the more mess you make, and eventually you must stop building and do nothing but clean up.
Give us another go at chloes warriors or ming whoever, do a week each of all four of those, and just get things in order.
