Good to see you here man. He's still overpowered but I thought kabam was just gonna change his armor break potency instead of the number of prowess stacks.

I was initially unhappy because I thought he would be noticable worse against non-metal, non-hero champs. Is the change unnoticable then too? If so, that would be great
I think, Magneto red or Magneto og, damage was bump down by few percent % from broken to op; he may fall under God tier.. while Magneto Now (House of X) is more or less the same i guess, his damage is heavily dependent on rng crit: if he crits = Awesome!!! If he doesn't crit = sort of okish damage.

if you watch the video, the thing we find out right away is the 30 prowness cap instead of 40. but we don't know yet if the other changes were live yet which are the shrapnel bleed against metal (in this case it wouldn't apply cause OML is not metal) and his decrease in armor break debuff.
I’m really not a fan of the +5% Prowess being taken from 45 down to 30. I think putting it at 40, or 35 would’ve been much better. But aside from that they did a pretty good job.
