Missing 5* shards or crystals

Hi, did anyone face this issue before?
I saved upto 20k shards for opening two crystals at the same time. I purchased one mutant skill crystal and clicked "add more" button. All I see now is only one crystal and all 20k shards gone.

    A dual crystal is 10k shards.
    Besides, you need photo proof here. Who's to say you just want free shards otherwise?

    I dont anticipate this happening. So I dont take screenshot everytime I purchase a crystal. Hope Kabam had the record of all the events happening in an account. Otherwise, its a very serious issue crystal shards disappearing into thin air.

    Something happened I don't understand...

    I had 9733 5* shards when it was Tech & Cosmic duel crystal

    So I waited for another duel crystal
    So now it's Mutant & Skill duel crystal so I wanted to spin it because I've collected 500 additional 5* shards to complete it

    But this is what I found

    It's strange I've never seen this...
    Only 1610 5* shards remaining.

    Why is my almost 10000 5* shards disappearing?

    I want them back please, it's not easy to gather them .
