the rewards should definitely be taken away. Kabam mess up doesn't deserve bans, but rewards need to be taken away. Its unfair that people can exploit it and get Plat pool or infinite AG

I hope those of us that knew it was a mistake and chose to not abuse it aren’t left behind. Otherwise you are incentivizing people to do the wrong thing.

So are you gonna strip the items off people who abused the bug? This creates a huge disparity between those who exploited the bug and those who didn't.

Im guessing you were one that exploited as well then? This is the largest exploit in the games history and rerolling the accounts is the only way they can effectively remove the items , I’d imagine it to be a lot more complicated removing it on a player basis
I didn’t exploit at all, I was still researching what path to take before they took it down. Stop throwing baseless and stupid assumptions around.
You’re literally complaining about having to do a few hours of content again, when people got 19 AGs, multiple 6* shards. That breaks the Game and shouldn’t be allowed whatsoever. If that means rerolling accounts, then so be it

I just don’t understand why people are demanding the ones who did it get banned or rewards stripped. A lot of us missed out on this, sadly. The ones who didn’t, so what! It’s not like we fight each other in the game. Some guy getting 2 6* crystals from this does not effect anyone other than him. And if you say AWs, come on, be realistic. You’re assuming he got Doom or Quake or whoever. He probably got Iron Fist or Loki.

These forums are filled with whiny, compensation wanting, entitled children. I am so sick of it. People come on here for tips, to discuss champs and to learn more about the game. Not to hear everyone whining about “I deserve compensation because the game froze” or whatever... ITS A GAME, there will be glitches. Get over it and move on!

Yeah... Reroll back units I purchased and then give them back to me LOL!:) And reroll back my 3* Silver surfer pull from cavalier crystal LOL!
Point is that if someone got 6* Silver surfer or any other champ then they will be pissed off if Kabam is going to took their god tier pulls from their crystals back which they purchased with money!
Simply re-open fixed quests and learn from your mistakes I guess...:)

Why would someone spend Real world money for items in offers , eg the AGs when people are literally abusing a bug to get 19? It does in fact effect others, it breaks the game and clearly isnt fair to those playing honestly , or spending money.

Honest? If you playing honestly means, Enjoy your game and enjoy your account. Why are worrying about others account.

If you find the bug and didn't exploit it, salute for your honesty. At the same time you don't need to worry about others dishonesty (exploting a bug).

Kabam will surely take some course of action on this issue and I am pretty sure that they won't need any summoner's advice on this.

(Honest people never care about others. They only care about what need to be done next in honest way)

Because we DO compete in multiple areas of the game with Aw/AQ/etc. That combined with the fact that some of us don’t exploit errors and pay real money for resources that others just got for free. Stop defending blatantly egregious behavior and focus on how these instances impact everyone.

This was a Kabam BUG. This is on Kabam. They should have double-checked and triple-checked their treasure island side quest before releasing. That's what happened with the "white box" in the first Summoner Showdown, remember? Kabam took some extra time to make sure it was working as intended. Players should NOT be punished for Kabam's mistakes. This was an innocent mistake by Kabam, and I hope they learn from it. But players should not have to suffer for Kabam's lack of precision in executing this new side event. Take your time and re-open a fixed Treasure Island side event and don't punish the players for your lack of precision, but instead, learn from your own mistakes. Some players got ahead by getting a few more items and many others didn't. It's just how things like these work. I'm pretty sure something like this happened during the rifts event as well, so it is what it is.

Kabam made a mistake. They released the side event with not enough testing (clearly). Certain players benefited from this (for a very short period of time, Kabam resolved it very quickly). It's not the fault of the players that Kabam made this error. Now let's hope Kabam can fix their side quest and release it once again so we can all be happy again.

I think that players who used the bug shouldnt be punished but rewards have to be stripped. I mean, there were 2% T5CC crystals in there. A player could have easily got a full T5CC by spamming the quest
