Log a ticket using gear icon in game, choose that didn’t answer my question and fill out form and attach screenshot if possible. Forum not the place for this post.
If you submit a ticket they will go into your account and check and give you what you didn't receive, it's happened to me and they're good about making sure those things are taken care of
Hey @Drikinhoo. The previous comments are correct; please submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can double check your account, and locate that crystal for you. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gear icon in the top-left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!

They never give anything back
You have to submit a ticket with support in game. There is no chance a post here will get you the ticket number to even have your case investigated.
