sumo solo cristal/superior solo/ regular solo

so today i opened some superior solo crystals looking for alpha, after a batch of 60k i noticed some weird with the other shards, sumo and regular, they were gone almost.
the weirdest they were all the same amount at 3.300 witch is pretty dificult to happen once they are shards...then made some points on solo event and boom, all 3 types sumo soperior and regular same amount again at 5.800 lol
opened a ticket but still no answer.
im gessing the counter is one for all 3 putting everything together, so i probably opened more than i had in fact, but also lost the 2 other types, is it happening with anyone else ?? can we undo that opening, i didnt mean to, only realize later with the solo event points.

Yes, they are COMMON Shards now. Can be used on EITHER of the 3 levels of Solo Crystals.
Just like 5* shards can be used on either 5* Basic, 5* Feature, or 5* Dual Class.

Fully formed Solo Crystals (but not opened yet) are specific to each type (those were all converted from your OLD SHARDS). Common Shards are from any new ones as of couple weeks ago.
