When exactly is Act 6 Compensation coming?

This may sound redundant, but I haven't seen a mod comment on when it will actually come, just people speculating dates. Can someone post a link of a mod saying something or can a mod say anything on this?

I know I’m pulling a Willo here, but there are at least 3 other threads on ten front page about this. Just look at one of those for your non answer

Everyone wants to know when it's coming. It's not just you creating the threads, there are new ones created almost daily. This game has gone on for almost 6 years now and we still haven't learned that we don't get information early. Take the road map for instance. They announced way early that they were reducing the attack rating in 6.1 and 6.2, now they're not. This is one of the reasons they can't/shouldn't announce stuff before it's ready to be released. The other fact is this community can't handle "delays" because things were "promised". I'd rather it just show up one day than have a date and then it not meet that date. They haven't ever failed to give us compensation when it's deserved so just sit back and wait. Creating tons of threads on the topic obviously hasn't worked, try the waiting game instead.

I've said this for a while now. People are ridiculous anytime there's a change of plans or delay so they just shouldn't say anything until things are finalized. People constantly complain about transparency but then throw all their toys out the crib anytime something changes. I don't blame them for staying quiet most of the time honestly.
