  They certainly shouldn't be free. As for after they are unlocked, I'd like it except for War. If people are going to run suicides on attack and place defenders without suicides it ought to cost them something.

  Maybe add a duel credit like system with one or two free swaps a week. Besides that lowering the initial cost of a mastery is a dream, not a foreseeable reality.

  Mastery cost should be free after you unlock them

  Once unlocked and u put points resetting them should be independent of units

  I don’t have a problem paying to unlock them. It’s a good way to direct your account’s progress and it does lend itself well to those willing to drop money into the game to get ahead without being broken.
  The issue I have is once you’ve spent your units it’s so expensive and tedious to swap them around.

  I’d rather keep the current cost to switch masteries and have a mastery preset system so I can just go to a presets tab, select a different preset and have the game automatically swap all the masteries to that preset instead of going through the slow process of resetting a couple mastery trees and slowly adding the points back in.
