I have no issues with spidey ham or the more obscure champs. I just wish they would keep adding new characters rather then doubling up on characters already in the game ie another hulk and abom.

Spiral is stuck in a similar situation. Kabam’s models typically work with 2 arms, but since spiral hosts 6 of them it’s new stuff to them. And honestly I’m completely fine with that. I’d rather wait for a champ to be done and well crafted than have a champ release now and be disappointing.

Kabam is adding spider ham because they want to and had fun designing him. They’re adding characters the community wants but also characters they thing would be cool and fun to design.
I just don't get why there's this notion that certain characters "deserve" to be in the game more than others. Why does one character "deserve" a spot in this game over others? So what if they're more "iconic"?
Look, no hate for spider-ham, I think he is pretty cool and certainly interesting. But I just dont understand why champions like him (I'm looking at you hit monkey) are being added when the game is missing so many other iconic characters.
If you wanna add a spider verse character, why not lizard or sandman as mentioned in the title, or how about scorpion and shocker? It just seems wierd how we are missing all these characters and you want to add a literal pig lol.
So basically, please stop designing these wierd and less recognised characters until we have all of the iconic champions, and then as far as I'm concerned, you can go ham on these wacky creatures (pun intended). Also maybe stop with the reskins too, though that's a different matter for a different day.

Where are guys from the MCU movies or FoX-Men movies like: Whiplash, Iron Monger, Batroc, Valkyrie, Sif, Zemo, Shocker, Klaw, Shuri, Skurge, Mantis, Malekith, Kurse, Toad, Pyro, Warpath, Banshee, Jubilee, Blob and Deathstrike? Where's Lizard? Where are some of the other big name characters from comics like Bullseye, Colleen Wing, Misty Knight, White Tiger, Polaris, Boomer, Shatterstar, Rictor, Scorpion, Wonder Man, Jessica Jones, Black Cat, Deathlok, Mockingbird, Captain Britain, Kraven, Avalanche, Firestar, Hellcat, Union Jack, Silver Sable, Moonstone, Songbird, Nighthawk, Doctor Spectrum and Zarda?
Much of it has to do with story lines and rights. Marvel has to sign off on decisions so it could do with how much Marvel wants these characters driven outside of their normal promotional stuff.
Mystique is probably one of the most requested champions in the game. Marvel Strike Force has had her in the game for well over a year now. It just goes back to who is allowed in the game. Many of who name could be coming soon but it takes a while to design. Is Spider-Ham is truly coming, he's likely been in the design phase for around 6 months or so.
If this game plans to go as long as it states, we'll get many of who you named. I wouldn't hold my breath for Colleen Wing or Skurg or the such. Spider-Ham has a true cult following for sure.
