Yes but also power draw which gives a power gain buff when applying DoT
all I know is that it seems like Power Draw is not working, is bugged, or has been removed but the literature is still there. None of my DOT champs work. Coldsnap, rupture, bleed, poison, incinerate. nothing works.

It's working all fine. I tested with sp2 did 0 damage. But regular sp1 made the fight short n sweet. So sp1 it is else no damage.
Just in case u guys got bugged, the other options are Dr Voodoo sp1 again. colossus but he takes long, Hyperion he too keeps it short but sp1 again. I got bored playing rinse n repeat so kept trying with different champs to make it less monotonous.

Doctor vodoo gets 3 buffs on his sp 2. So his sp 2 can also work.

Someone just posted that for Colossus, the indefinite armor up buff at start of fight went missing.
@KRoNX1 those who say tier 8 is easy and 3.1 cav Odin are the exact people who took Red Magneto against him, like me.
But NOT Everyone has him ! We need to keep thinking about others as well ! and people keep struggling and spend units against him because hes bugged and you CANT go out otherwise you lost the Uru Feather.
They day this Community will stop being selfish, thats when everything will become better and divided, filled with hatred of disagree's and different groups spread wide every where... Literally posts here get 500-1000 views within hours but only 50-100 logged avg a day and you see the same faces commenting each day each post
I hate (and suck at) Magneto's playstyle so I never use him. I've used Hype, Sym Sup, Claire, and Fury against Tier 8 Odin. And I am not particularly good at the game. So yeah, pretty easy.

Worked fine for me about 30-45 minutes ago with Sym Sup. I have not had a single problem with power draw since I've been doing tier 8.
Closing out all these separate posts regarding former bug with Odin node in Tier-8, now that his Node Buffs have been changed (“Buffed Up” and “Power from Debuffs” have been removed)...
