    Agreed. Basing valuable rewards like 6* shards on RNG is absurd. Some players will be able to form 1 or maybe even 2 6* champs purely by having good luck while others get shafted with resources they might not need. It just doesn't make any sense.

    Why is the line drawn between RNG being fine for crystals but bad for events?

    The loss for crystals is arguably worse, and higher odds to lose. What's better? A 3* you'll never use, or T4B which you need to use to rank up your 6*

    Make sure you do enough fights to qualify for the event milestones. Wouldn’t want to miss out 👍🏻
    I should be good with some skips here and there as long as I complete, right? It is 28 days, 8 fights each for a total of 224 fights. T5c milestone requires completion only.

    I think you only need 125 fights to get 25% T5b.

    Shouldn’t that work?

    I think the reason is that opening crystal is like gambling in the casino while event is like working. Imagine your wage is rng-based
    This isn't a job (while it may feel like it)

    Nice analogy but I don't feel it really holds up here

    The reason I use that analogy is that you expect to get 6000 6star shards each month from the side event because that's what you got from previous ones(just like expecting to get paid 14 dollars/hour ) while you don't expect to get 6 star from cavelier crystal, at least you shouldn't( Just like you shouldn't expect to win any money from casino) At least that's how I see it

    6 days in and I've only gotten 500 5* shards so far and no 6* shards...sig stones and t4cc are the majority of what I'm getting and I don't need it as I've moved on to ranking 6* champs

    Today I got gold gold and gold along with some t4cc which I absolutely don't want beacuse I have unopened t4cc crystals in abundance
    No 6* or 5* shards today.

    Atleast fix it like few nodes have guarantee 5* or 6* shards.

    This side quest, these 2 new generic champions, this is the worst month I can remember. Even the artwork on loading screens is plain and boring. Kabam shoulda taken a month off to fix bugs if this is all they could come up with for monthly event, characters, and side quest.

    I mean, No Flames?!?¿ What're we even doing? Is this the Worst Timeline?
    This month makes the worst timeline seem like a paradise

    All this month is doing is making me hate realm of champions even more for bringing this game down to its level

    Don’t forget the fixed solo rewards though. I can’t wait to get that 3* AG tomorrow, I’ll really need it if by chance I get 35 new 3* champs to use the ones I already have.

    And later you get legendary crystal, t5 basic and Awakening gem crystal.

    The 20% T5CC is the real prize. Everything else is icing in the cake. It will add up for those who are taking advantage of it. We're a week in and still have 3 to go. I've formed 4 t1a already which is great for a couple of 5* R5 I've put off simply for that. Everyone still needs t4cc and T4b for rank up too so unless you're madly overflowing, it's still pretty useful for most people. And you're gonna get a 5* features champ and a 5* AG too. Come in, overall, this ain't that bad... And again, the path rewards are just bonus on top of that.

    The rewards are trash that's the truth. The reason I play the side quest is the hope of fighting jabari panther. :)

    I'm so glad I keep getting 5* sig stone crystals that I have no real need for. I've gotten 6* shards once. I loathe this event.

    i've gotten a good amount of 6* shards already and 5* sig stones. because it's spread out i think it's hard to see the value unlike if it were in bulk i think the response would be more positive.

    But it’s different when we need to get guaranteed in order to get Crystals which are RNG

    If Event Quests rewards were RNG wouldn’t that suck
    If Story Quest Rewards were RNG wouldn’t that suck

    The average 6 shard amount for a side quest is usually around 5k yeah? I'd say let's all keep track of it and report in as we go further into it. I'm currently at a total of 1200 for the event so far. Though, I'll admit.. some items just shouldn't have been included at all in the Legendary map. Like the t1 fragments..why though? Would it kill to just drop a full one instead of 75%? The t4 amounts seem low as well. I honestly thought there was a mistake at first and a lower difficulty rewards schedule had accidentally been placed into Legendary.
