Thoughts on Unduped Falcon (or other r3 skill options)

Today, I’m hoping to solicit some opinions on what skill champions are now worthy of that r3 spot because... RNG has been very consistent with me.


I’ve gone back and forth on which skill champs are worth an r3. I’ll post my skill roster here as well, would love to hear what y’all think of these champs. I want to rank one of them soon because who knows what 7.2 rewards might be (probably another skill t5cc for me) and I don’t want to worry about one in the overflow.

    Killmonger’s probably my most likely option, I just wish he was a higher sig because his damage is not impressive right now. I was also thinking that if I took KM up, I might r2 winter soldier just for the synergy.

    Honestly just looking for extra opinions. With all of the reworks lately, a lot of my knowledge has become outdated and I haven’t taken the time to really learn a ton about champs like Kingpin and Falcon and their new kits.

    As for war, I think we’re in tier 5 right now? War’s not my biggest focus, I’m just looking for who’s fun to play with.

    If you run Willpower, I'd be all over that Kingpin. His sustainability is so good.

    I do run Willpower, and no suicides. I played around a little with KP and found he was pretty reliant on a synergy with Mr. Sinister to be most effective. Is that true or is there a playstyle workaround to needing that power lock?

    Never used that synergy tbh, if anything Hood/fix it is more useful. In general though I don't bring a synergy, just SP2 and put the hammer down while unstoppable for big rage stacks. Only bring synergy if shrugging off debuffs needs to be 100% (biohazard for example).

    I'd say crossbones. But you cant go wrong with any of the champs others have said.

    I have a r2 Falcon waiting for a r3. So far, I haven't seen a reason not to do it. He is behind Nick Fury and maybe Ægon, but then he is equally or more worthy of r3 than all other skills

    Aegon max ramp, for sure. But day to day use, Falcon blows Aegon out of the water

    Agreed, but AoL holds awesome loot, which is imo worth the investment of t5cc into Ægon. But LoL and AoL aside, Falcon is better

    Falcon probably will have the most utility but if your looking for fun then bwdo hands down. I have mine r3 unduped and no regrets

    Yeah I’d say he’s worth it unawakened. The extra 2 seconds on locked on and the crit rate is really nice, but he still has a bunch of damage and utility on his base. And he only gets better duped.

    Falcon hits a lot harder awakened but the main reason I would use him is for the 100%AAR during locked . Dont need him awakened for that...but it does help last longer. I have plenty of hard hitting champs but u never know when u just might need a champ to shut down a particularly fun and interactive champs ability lol

    Its what the forums are designed for. I'm pretty experienced and still can't decide who to R3 and use a 6* Skill AG on.

    Nah, Aegon only saves you so many revives as a rank 3, plus a 6* is harder to ramp up than a 5*, that or you have to pump sigs into Aegon which just isn’t worth it.

    How many revives/units does a rank 3 Aegon save you in abyss? How many units is a skill t5cc worth to you?

    I enjoy my unduped falcon. Have dropped many mini and regular bosses in war. (T2 when I wasn’t taking a break and t4/t5 now that I’m taking a siesta from larger alliance play)

    Beast of a champ without the dupe. Fun to play and counter to a lot.

    If your Kingpin sig is above or close to 65 then you should go w him, he's most versatile/widely useful until you dupe Falcon. No skill you have ranked handles damaging debuffs like he can. If you run Ghost then Hood synergy is all the better for you.

    Of the four full t5cc crystals available through content in the game (act 6 exploration, abyss completion, and abyss exploration x2), every one except for abyss completion has been skill for me. Abyss completion gave me science and luckily I had Torch on hand.
