Where should I report, im missing kabam gitf, the 6* nexus crystal.

Im saving it for Hercules in a cuple weeks, but today i just cant find the crystal.

    I got Thronebraker title 15 min before gift card where sent to us.

    Worked alot to get that title and be able to get the best gift this year.

    That didn't answer their question. Did you specifically go into the holiday store in the Store tab and claim the Nexus crystal?

    Not just Claim from the Mail Msg, but ALSO go into Store afterward and BUY the Nexus Crystal using the ticket that you claimed from the Mail ???

    It was a 2-step process.

    Whats wrong with you, already said I claim the gift.

    Step 1: Claim the ticket from the mail.

    Step 2: Trade the ticket in the store and get the Gift.

    I did this on 3 accounts!
