Not talking about damage. Gorr seems kind of disappointing outside of his really amazing animations. His utility seems meh. I wish he gained immunity or at least resistance per stack of his corresponding shadow magic buffs. Idk, I was just expecting more after seeing those animations haha.
Gorr's synergy with Knll looks good too.
I’m not super disappointed personally, Valkyrie looks plenty exciting and to me looks way cooler.
I really like the look of Valkyrie. Stun immune and passive unstoppable counter almost all the time. Very easy to activate too.
Huge damage on block. Combo manipulation which can be occasionally useful. Big block proficiency boost and looks like a decent shrug off
And that Mr Negative synergy, wow wow wow.
4 extra ticks of degen when you convert after your sp2. If you parry before sp2 and do first hit of heavy then sp2 it leaves you with light energy and a fury buff during sp2
After sp2, charge heavy and convert right away. That’s 4 extra ticks. Then dash back and convert your fury buff, then you can convert that to dark energy and get another 4 ticks.
80k extra damage. 4 seconds longer on your petrify.
Not to mention you could, if the opponent is aggressive, just parry and evade over and over almost constantly pausing your degens. You could double or more Sp2 damage which already does 170k ish on base.
AND, if that wasn’t enough the sp3 delirium with massive uptime can just be paused and you can have awesome power control permanently up if you wanted to go that rotation.
Hopefully this doesn't start a new trend of sacrificing mastery for some ability
And there are no Elders & Gods that other champs can't finish faster
He doesn't gain immunity or resistance to his debuffs
Damage doesn't seem great & looks like most of it will rely on stacking debuffs
Cosmic class is damage heavy at the top & we need some very utility heavy champs from the Class ...Gorr doesn't look like one of them
Even Dave was giving outdated utility scenarios like buffed up or disstrack
Valkyrie looks the more promising one out of these 2, specially that new unstoppable counter
Valkarie looks really interesting. Animations are 🔥🔥🔥…. I was hoping she’d have a synergy that would super charge GHulk, but alas… lol

Valkyrie 'might' be improved masacre with her sp2 fury+extra damage on block and pierce buffs, she's 'prolly' better than gorr in both damage and utility and has very interesting playstyle.
He starts the fight with the bleed shadow magic buff and whenever he gains a bleed (like from double edge) he also gets a regen buff healing 16% of missing health. You can then do a light ending combo and gain the poison shadow magic buff and gain another regen buff from liquid courage for a total heal of 32% of missing health.
It's going to be another champion where you guys do a great job on the animations, the model, and I look at it and think, Wow, I'd love to play this champion, but he's just pathetic in endgame content, just like Purgatory.
I guarantee that if you doubled his damage, he still wouldn't be close to cosmic champions like Corvus and Hercules. I hope they fix this, his concept is very interesting, I really liked that him getting stronger killing gods/elders, but judging how few champions are in this classification, you could make him what Magneto is to face robots or maybe what Blade is to facing dimensional beings or who knows what Human Torch is to mystics. Just create a scenario that is a great option. Think of the concept: Gorr the god buncher is the best champion to face guys like Collector, Grandmaster, Maestro, he's absolutely insane against these guys. Just do the right thing.
Gorr’s damage if I’m correct should be higher than the deep dive showed. I don’t see a stack limit to his furies. So if I’m correct you can get more than 4
