    I didn't receive mine either, I have a video of me not opening any crystals at all either. I closed and reopened the game multiple times but still. Nothing!. Fix this!!

    Same here. Bought the thronebreaker daily but no crystal in my stash. Was going to buy Cav daily but saw that description and it's probably bugged also. I also don't want to have to wait 2 weeks again @Kabam Zibiit

    You know what. No answer from the mods. I’m not waiting 2 weeks again. Straight to Apple for me. This is ridiculous. They have had almost 7 hours to at least say something about plans by now.

    Be interesting to see how long this takes hopefully we get our crystals sometime this year. Kabam and its employees need to get their act together. It seems like a new bug or issue every day. What a joke this game has become.

    I bought the daily thronebreaker and cav offer for the 2 mutant cav nexuses, but those are the only things i didn't get from the offer! Why Kabam? Y'all either gon need to refund me or give me my cavs
