Please send a boat-load of energy refills and some xp boosts in-game so we can get this grinded out.
Level 40 is harder to get than people think. I grinded for 2-3 hours with a 50% boost with max xp mastery, using 15+ Full energy refills and gained around 2.75 levels from 32-34. It takes a LOT of time
How about pushing out an XP boost that runs for the rest of the event which triples the XP gained so those who are legible but behind can catch up quickly? Nobody wants to grind this game in Christmas. There has to be a solution!
I think a solution, or atleast a decent compensation would be to give people who would otherwise qualify a beefy XP boost and some Energy Refills so that they can at least TRY to push through and reach lvl 40. Wouldn't solve every issue but it'd atleast give people more of a chance
It's OK but we're human too and in the human world if one group (you) make a mistake which affects a bunch of people (us) they should compensate for that, sometimes an apology is enough sometimes is not.

Agreed. We need a pretty beefy xp boost. It’s stupid that I have to grind for another 6-8 hours over Christmas because of something that’s not even my fault
That doesn’t really fix the problem. Some guys in our ally brought in their mini accounts for gifting and had quite a bit of units saved up. Half of them are around level 30. How are they supposed to get 10 levels in 14 days? Not to mention they’ll be behind in the calendar and therefore lose out on points. This hurts our whole alliance who counted out how many units each player needs to spend to hit all the milestones. I’m sure this is happening to a few people

Okay i understand, everyboday makes mistakes, but now i dont have any units to epxlore act 7 which i specifically gronded out over 10k units. Can we have a compensation at least. I think its well deserves for the fake info you have been feeding us for a month

So for about a month no one proofread the announcement in game OR forum post that clearly state you had to be either OOOORRRRRRR and now when all the conquerors complain about the screw up someone decides its only a grammatical error????

I could get it, if the mistake was made once but it was sent out several times. So now my alliance has to take a hit of 30k+ on the alliance event because now i cant participate? I follow the games guidelines and rules and i'm being punished for it?
Much like our champions the rules can change any time. Whether its because “they found a line of code” which magically said one thing completely contrary to how the character works so they nerf them, or not testing things before release only to scale them back after selling bundles, or in this case saying AND CONFIRMING on the one source of official info we have. The sooner we realize it the less sad we can all be about it
I honestly thought that response was photo shopped and my buddy was trolling me when he sent it to me. Nope, they're just that tone deaf to the impact of the mistake. Also the lack of understanding on what it takes to level an account is obvious from them. As others have said, 1or 2 levels an hour max if you max out xp boosts and just focus on something like 4.1.4 where you can do 2 fights for 4 energy. This is a kick in the face and sorry isn't good enough. Do something to help us gain the levels. And the moment to do that was hours ago, not tomorrow after you've slept on it and people have wasted hours of their time because you messed up.

I have grinded hard for this event but now even after i reach the desired lvl I'm unable to participate. It's a disappointment.
I have grinded hard for this event so atleast make the banquet solo milestone event eligible for us. Atleast then it will be better knowing that we have something to claim for spending our units which we grinded.

This "miscommunication" of yours has already ruined this event for so many of us. Here we thought atleast we can gift our accounts with some valuable stuffs & all and grinded so hard to achieve conqueror status but it all ended in vain afterall. You could have confirmed it before the event started but nah you guys really like to screw your own players.

They announced Dec 1st what the restrictions are. It stated Nov 21th cutoff for making an account, and 14 days in Alliance requirement. So if you came to game after that, and somehow found out you had to reach level 40 so started to grind for event, then you should have also heard of the Nov 21cutoff too. Sorry.
Thanks for making this apology. That said, admitting culpability that everyone already knew fell on you is not, on its own, a sufficient remedy. You still need to correct the issue you created. I understand that technology might limit your ability to undo this mistake, but it doesn't stop you from helping make the grind you're now requiring people do a bit easier. Send lower-level accounts energy refills and XP boosts. Give them some of their holiday back.
Saying sorry is step 1. Take step 2 by fixing the problem. This event is mostly a raving success. Don't let this screwup be the fly that ruins the soup and, by extension, the rest of dinner.

My guess is an existing badge will break the code if someone then reached level 40 and got the automated badge. There's a lot of moving parts so I get why trying to find a fix is difficult. That said, the correct move rather than just saying "our bad, start leveling up" was to gather the teams and find some sort of solution or way to make things more palatable. Instead we got the f you message and they went home for the day. Incredibly poor handling of the situation.
@Kabam Jax@Kabam Miike this is on you guys now. Either give gifting badge to below lvl 40 account or give the 75% XP boost to all to reach there faster . Stick to your words and don't destroy holiday season for the players who has helped ya guys to stay for 8 years.
Interesting side note to this that isn't being discussed but probably should be since a lot of people who aren't in the predicament of having an account not at level 40 yet don't think this affects them at all. It indirectly affects every single persons placing in the solo gifting event as each and every single one of these accounts that can't participate now lowers the number of people in the % calculation for your rewards. As a whole lot of these accounts will be gifting consumables and not opening crystals they likely wouldn't be scoring extremely high either so would increase the average players % ranking.
