Update, Got 262k points - if the 10GGC offer will return i will buy that too i think. Then i guess i finish at like 280k. Hoping for minimum top 3%. But 5000 will be insane!

RichTheMan did some predictions using data from last year. Suggested 200k for top 3%. There’s more drive to reach 100k for milestones but relatively, GBCs are worse for top level players this year than GGCs were last year. There are some very exaggerated results here, people being sceptical of 500k getting top 3% is completely unfounded.

Yeah, i have not come close to spending what i did last year, the GGC crystals are just not really good for at least my current progression level (TB), last year opening GGC, i got quite a lot of 6* crystals and shards, last year, this year most i have seen is 5k, but mainly 1k or 1500k pops out, or T2 alphas and scrap, the milestones are better then most of the rewards coming out the GGC at least from what i got so far. They really should make this progression based. i feel like they would make tons more money, if juicer stuff came out vs way it is now for higher progression players.
How many players would be contributed to the banquet event ? Lets say 500k players and I know that is a lot. If we make some calculates to know how many players in top 3% 500k * 3 /100 = 15k players in top 3% of 500k players.
But I guess the numbers of players would be contributed between [ 100k to 150k ] so you can make same calculate to know top 3%.
There is the occasional good pull for Paragon and end game players, but honestly the rewards are pretty stale about 90% of the time.
The first few days seemed to provide a flurry of decent/useful pulls, but over my past week the pulls have been awful. Getting 5* shards or Cav crystals or even 1K 6* shards is deflating.
I would wager most players not chasing the top ranks are slowing down, waiting for the final few free GBCs in the accolades event and the calendar.

Lol not even close lol, most mcoc has judging from Alliance data i can pull from my own game is 150-250k active player base, and for sure SURE 25% ARE THE ONES who has ever spent on this game and amongst those 25%. Most have probably never spent above 200-500$$ worth in their mcoc lifetime. Not just gifting and amongst those 25% spending players merely 5% are active spenders and u can imagine those 5% comes out to be about 6000-7000 players who spend ACTIVELY. rest spend frugally and occasionally. And FTP hardcore player usually catch up to them. If your score is 200k i gurrentee u u will be top 5% or even 3% highly likely
I'm at 2.5mil solo, w alliance at about 4mil. I ended up pulling good stuff and R4'd 4 Champs behind it as a Cav. Have 3 generic R6 awakening gems I'm even going to be able to hold on to through dupes being opened on shard crystals. I can definitely see, though, how at TB or Paragon the rewards are more than underwhelming.

I’m not sure what data you’re looking at but my best estimate for number of active players is between 500k and 750k. Just alliance war numbers themselves make it virtually impossible for MCOC to have only 250k players. About 25k different alliances participate in war each season. They aren’t all full but even if the average alliance was only half full that’s still almost 400k players, and that assumes everyone is in an alliance that participated in war, which is definitely not true.
Last year someone in my alliance put up just 12000 points and ended up ranked 345939. So last year there had to be far more than 350k players. And in fact I can bracket the 5% cutoff between about 23k and 35k place. So that implies the total number of ranked players in last years GGC event was between 460k and 700k players.
Between AW, arena, and other data I’ve collected, the projections all converge in the neighborhood of 600k or thereabouts.
Also the average conversion rate for mobile games is 3-5%. That means somewhere between 3% and 5% of all players ultimately spend *something*. These aren’t the whales, these are the people who spend at least one dollar. If 25% of all MCOC players spent even a single penny on the game, Kabam would be bragging about that every chance they got.
Based on last years scores, 200k is *probably* top 5%. But there are no certainties when it come to betting on other players’ behavior.
Curious what score would get you in the 51-75% rank?
You basically have to show up lol The effort you spent writing that question is more than the effort it’ll take to be in the top 75%. There are too many alt accounts and infrequent players that fill up the bottom tranche of players.

I should mention at this point I only have about 28,000 points. Done well and surprised not a single bit of scrap pulled. I have a feeling my next one may be scrap for me posting that. If that gets me in the 51- 75% I'd be surprised.
How can someone have 2 million solo??? If you look at the math... One All Father's Odin ($100.00) will get you 40,000 points (30,000 for buying 10 crystals and 10,000 for opening them). So to get 400,000, you would need to spend $1,000.00. And to get 1 million points, you would need to spend $2,500.00.
As for the Christmas sale, the All Father's Odin deal was capped at 4 purchases and every $200.00 spent, you would get the equivalent of an extra All Father's Odin free. So if you spent $400.00 and Bought all 4 All Father's Odin, you would get 2 more extra. So for $400.00 spent on Christmas, you would only get 240,000 points.
Basically what I'm wondering is are these ppl being truthful or are they lying to try to intimidate others from trying. Any opinions???

I have 2.25M; think people are being truthful...for the most part

So how much have u spent???
I'd say around $5K; so your math is correct.
😂 Im all for it, spend as much as you can but when i read of certain numbers for example any ammount above 2k$ makes me feel 😞 as the person could easily buy some awesome new Apple gadget or a drone for that much money which would last for years but spent 2k on some digital crystal that vanishes when u open em 🤣. I used to spend not since Feb this year as I'm still facing control issue and kabam is doing nothing and my item usage has gone up just shows kabam is aware of the problems but doing nothing because it makes players use items some even units.

Hoping for minimum top 3%. But 5000 will be insane!
For the alliance 6-10 or 11/25% with a score of 3m the top 1_5% will not be possible because the ranking just before is between the 7th or 10th 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I guess top 5000 is not a question.
Will i get top 3% in your guys opinion?
I will start top 60 will take 3mil
Each step below 30% less
For alliance top 5% 7 mil
Each step down 30% less
