The game team has resolved this issue. Keys will be distributed via in-game messages and the quest timer will be extended.

    the 2nd one appeared on my inbox along when the daily rewards from calendar but still can't claim.. the 2nd one got dangerous crystal shards though while the 1st one got mojos choice crystal

    Hello I completed it but never even received the compensation to even not be able to claim them? Was wondering if they are sending this to everyone that completed the SQ as I do every month.

    1st Comp mail included an invalid item, so can't claim them.
    Sending out a 2nd set to try again, while the 1st set will at sometime be removed from your Inbox.
