Wrong drop rates on Cav crystals

I bought all 15 packages thirty minutes BEFORE an alliance mate warned us of the issue. Is there a plan to correct this @Kabam Miike

@“KabamJax” mate, not in a hurry about the compensation package, but can you confirm that the compensation does not have any Bobble Baubles involved in it, or like an extension to the store dates or something like that, because as if for now the store closes in just a day or so. And I have some of them left to purchase. It will be useful for me to plan out the pending purchase after confirming that.

Kabam por lo menos por mi parte tienes el dia de hoy para darme mis cristales del evento de pool corregidos si no voy a consumo y ya ellos o haran que me den mi compra correcta ademas de que no arreglan el juego esta lleno de hackers , bug tambien quieren mas tiempo para dar lo que es de las personas que compraron , ya han tenido suficiente los quiero hoy o tomare otras medidas que de mi dinero y de mi no os vais a reir me da igual que sea 1 euro lo que gasté o que sean 1000 euros

Si es cierto ellos saben exactamente cuantas , cuando y quienes compraron las ofertas desde el momento de la compra por eso les digo aqui en el foro y tambien mande tiket diciendoles que como no me lleguen los cristales hoy mañana en la mañana llamo a consumo y ellos ya se encargan de que me los den encima que el juego esta del asco y aun asi metemos dinero nos quieren tomar por tontos a mi no kabam

What’s with the people going around disagreeing with posts.. at the end of the day real money is involved so you have no right to be in disagreement with our anger.. if you didn’t spend money in regards to this matter then please kindly remove yourself from this conversation

when someone doesnt want to listen or read something which others type or even think of whether it is right or wrong, they just click disagree... it has been a habit of many (may be a lot)... so it is what it is mate... i always put myself in DON'T CARE MODE when comes to these kind of members

If you go through the play store your account will get hit with contest credits (negative units) and you will be unable to spend units or money until you’ve paid them back (the value of the refund). If you want a refund and don’t want the negative units you need to go through Kabam.

Patience man, they will and should be giving us replacement plus compensation making up for the frustration and timeline... That's the only thing that will save face...
Paragon nexus crystals will be the perfect replacement plus compensation equivalent..
We gotta wait till 7* launch...hang in there

Todavia no kabam?cuanto tiempo mas se creen que vamos a esperar , cuando es un bug o algo que les afecta a vuestro bolsillo ahi si que enseguida arreglan el problema mira ver si se mueven y nos dan nuestros cristales que hemos pagado con nuestros dinero ya van para 15 dias

Nothing yet. Maybe later today, maybe next week. Who knows? I only bought them because I’m a degenerate crystal addict. There’s nothing I’m gonna pull that’s gonna be game changing for my account.

Also waiting. According to their support team I am not entitled. I seriously doubt that kabam support really checked my case as I bought the crystals within 5 minutes after being released.

Sounds like standard Kabam protocol. One of my friends got some compensation for buying them at the corrected rates, what a joke of a company, man.
