    The lesson here is that you need to record everything you do in this game and not just fights so you have proof when things go pear shaped. Having to go to that length is ridiculous, but sometimes reality is ridiculous.

    Is anyone going to explain how I got less than 15 crystals when I bought them all as soon as the deal dropped? These were purchased with real money.

    Wait, I've received neither yet and I had erroneous Cavs 14/15 and a featured...

    Do I need to go through support with a refund request or are some being held back, because at least 10 of the Cavs were purchased very early on

    I got them refunded but my main question is why are people also getting 6* featured crystals alongside or instead and as in my case.. not at all?

    I got 2 mails, in 1 i got 7 c cav nexus & other was empty! Still no featured crystal for me😢
