    The problem for infinite update is still there . It looks like we are going to lose all resources for this whole month . So much disappointed.

    After updating, issue still persist. Really have to do with certain champs, Groot vs Silver Surfer, Nimrod vs Toad. I could still play a bit avoiding these "landmines" . So far havent met these bad matchup in AQ, yet.

    We need help guys. Some alliance have strict rule.

    I still have the updating on my loading screen after the new update we received yesterday.

    Downloaded the hotfix, still facing the problem
    Using a Huawei p40 lite
    On cellular data(4G+)
    The updating screen only shows up for specific Champs. The 2022 champs and Superskrull as well, will have to test more to see which Champs are being affected.

    Heay KABAM is there's any fix
    I am a paragon player and I can't fully explorer thronbreaker event quest or side quest so I will lose the special objects beside no battlegrounnds and arena.

    First of all, huewai devices do not have Google services. It's not on Playstore. We need to install the game from side sources.

    If the problem is from the playstore and the game will work like this, does it mean that huewai users will never be able to play this game? Do you have an alternative solution plan?

    because huawei will never have a google playstore

    I just update to 39.01 nothing happened.. same error..

    The gspace program helped on my p40. Log in via Google account and link your account to kabam. It worked for me (I've been playing since 2015 for the first time such problems)

    Hey Summoners,

    The team have found the source of this problem.

    Due to increases in app size, we've had to change the way we deliver the game on Android, MCOC relies on the Google Play Store to download additional assets. MCOC does not support side loading the game, it's not something to which we've devoted any resources. When a game is side loaded, it simply cannot access these files.

    Short term, anyone who can access the game from the Google Play Store directly, should. This should resolve the issue for a select few.

    We'll continue to look into this issue.
