How you took your time to write up this **** of a post baffles me. It seems you don't own any of those champs.
I own every single one of these champs and r3 or higher and I still say that they're unhealthy for the game. Please hit me with an actual counterargument if you're going to spew at me.
These champs may be really op but they don't have every ability their class has to offer. For example kingpin is dog in bleed lanes where other champs like nick or molegod are better and torch can still be punished for not being buff immune where champs like titania or cassie can do better.
Also you say it is getting dull playing with these guys: why not just don't play with them? It's unlikely that a roster will get these champs in their first 6 stars in each class and will use the champs they got first or ones they like better so this problem isn't that frequent for a lot of players. I'm almost TB and I only have torch in this list as a 6* and I barely even use him regularly compared to scorp.
Lots of content creators don't even use a lot of these champs (other than herc or nimgod) even if they're not banned because they have other favorites or like different metas. There are so many other fun and rewarding to play champs that the game doesn't force a player to use them.
Finally ya say that nerfing these champs is required for the game's health. Why? It's consistently against player opinion and Kabam hasn't nerfed these guys (they buffed magneto to be this op for a reason, they could easily have nerfed magnet quickly).

Aside from Hercules, the others are not unhealthy for the game. Nimrod is very good against mutants, but he is slower against other classes. Relies on shock damage which is becoming a more common immunity, and he doesn't really make other Tech champions irrelevant. Why? Because a lot of Tech champions are made to shine against non-mutant match-ups too. OS, Fantman, Guardian, Shocker, Peni, HB, Warlock, Ultron, Ghost are all champions that can cover a lot of ground.
Human Torch is very similar to Nimrod in the fact that he's really good against Mystics, but once you start fighting champions from other classes he becomes less effective. Incinerate immunity is a lot more common outside of the Mystic class. You can use his pre-fight, but if you're in a quest, most of the time you can consider it as a single use ability unless you have a sig 200 Torch. Obviously a lot of Science champions benefit from fighting Mystics, but they are also equally useful against other classes: Overseer, Spot, Scorpion, Mr F, Red Hulk, Anti-Venom, CapIW, OG Hulk, IHulk, Ibom, Fixit, Void, Ham are all pretty useful and can cover certain areas that Torch is not capable of dealing with.
Kinpin: Like I mentioned before, plenty of the recently released Mutants punish purify. We've already had instances of Kabam adding heal block nodes to fight and adding nodes that reduce your AA for each debuff on yourself so Kingpin is going to struggle a lot in those matches. Honestly he's an excellent champion but by no means busted or unhealthy for the game. He can cover a lot of ground, but if I need more specialized utility from a skill champion like AAR I'll bring Black Cat or Falcon or Crossbones. And if I need strong DOT I'm bringing someone like Nick or Mole Man.
Magneto: More and more Tech/#metal champions being released have a way to bypass his AAR. The reliance on a parry heavy playstyle also makes him difficult to use on stun immune fights or any fight where your ability to parry is affected. Lots of buffs can also result in you having a bad day against certain Mystic defenders. You could make a case for him being unhealthy for the game, but honestly so many recent fights have been designed in ways where he is not as effective as other options. While he fulfills that role of dealing with annoying #metal defenders, that is also not the main role of the Mutant class. There are 82 #metal characters out of 250 in this game. So Magneto can potentially counter roughly 1/3 of champions (it is actually less because a few of them are made to counter him), but I still have an entire class of mutants to deal with the remaining 2/3. I wouldn't say he makes them irrelevant.
I thought these posts stopped after 3.2.6 was nerfed.
What is this going to accomplish? New champions are created easier to kill? The SQ would have been made easier this month? Can you nerf Doom instead? Lol....I'm not sure what is gained at this point. At most, you will get the Quake treatment.
With the exception of the Mystic class, every class has one champion that makes game balancing a nightmare. While Hercules is the standout, all 5 of these champions cause Story content to grow dull, Battlegrounds Matches to become stale, and the War White/Blacklisting system to become a revolving door of the same busted champs. Of course the biggest reason as to why these champs are unhealthy for the game is because they make champion balancing a nightmare. Why do you think we have so many non-#Metal champs and so few recent Mutants?
The solution: nerfs. MCOC players hate the idea of it, but nerfing characters in a game is vital for a game's health and lifespan.
It happens. Get over it and take the rank-down tickets that come with it.
Here is my proposal for changes to all 5 of these champions. These nerfs aren't meant to gut the champions entirely, but to scale down their absolute dominance in the game. Herc will probably still be the best champ in the game, but not by such a wide margin anymore.
I also included Magik to include the Mystic class in the fun. While Quake would require a full rework to be made balanced as a 6*, Quake is a much simpler fix.
Nimrod - To give Mutants a chance to be good Defenders. o As an Attacker, bonus Attack Rating increase from Blitz Protocol now has a max of +100% Potency. o As a Defender, Damage Reduction from Titan Protocol now has a max of +100% Potency. o The increase to the Potency and Duration of Special Attack effects from Zero Tolerance (Signature Ability) now scales from 10 to 20% (previously 10 to 35%).
Hercules - To make him less applicable to all aspects of the game. o Hercules no longer gains bonus Combat Power Rate from Son of Zeus (Signature Ability). o Immortality Buff no longer triggers while suffering from a Passive Damage Over Time effect (Degeneration, Passive Incinerates, etc). o Feats of Strength no longer grants Stun Immunity.
Human Torch - To give Mystics more viability in competitive content. o Attacks from Mystic Champions are no longer automatically treated as Energy Attacks for Human Torch’s abilities.
Kingpin - To make him less oppressive in his own class. o Combat Power Rate gained from each Debuff is now 2.5% (previously 5%) o Overpower Buff no longer stacks. If a second one would be gained, it is instead refreshed.
Magneto - To simplify the issues with the #Metal tag. o Magneto no longer ignores Class Disadvantage against a Magnetized Opponent. o Magnetism’s Ability Accuracy Reduction now only affects Defensive Abilities. o Removed Mutation’s ability to bypass Miss and Auto-Block.
Magik - So she can be a balanced 6-Star o Magik now cannot enter Limbo while she is suffering from a Petrify or Exhaustion debuff. o Darkchylde (Signature Ability) now only multiplies the chances of Defensive Abilities. o Magik to appear as a 6-Star champion.
Instead of nerfing these champs for ALL, how about you don't use them.
This Thread aged like milk. I appreciate your perspective, but after being present during the shift to DR and 12.0, I would not want to be here for that. Nor do I necessarily agree that neutering Champs is a solution. These days, all Champs have counters. Some are pretty strong, but none are invulnerable.
OP, you are correct. There are Champions that remove critical design space and create a long-term negative, and no amount of individual counters will do when there are multiple straight-up Broken Champs. But as you can see from the reactions here, changes to those Champions would not go over well. I also don't know if your list is correct... Hercules, Kitty, Doom.
But as a reminder to everybody else, everyone is welcome to their opinions, and in these Forums, if you disagree with them, you must do so respectfully. Your opinion is valid, but so are other people's. There are too many personal attacks in this thread and a lot of disrespect for each other. That isn't ok, so I'm just gonna shut this down because I don't see this turning around.

Btw, you are only winning the disagree game .
