Platpool not showing up

I have all 5 pieces of platpool from the recent track rewards, but the option to trade in them for the crystal is not there in any of the store tabs, is this a known issue?

    They're towards the bottom of the featured items tab in the store. Under heart of the shards for the 5 star and shady dimension for the 6 star

    Yeah they aren't there for me, its health potions/revives, then bundles and a 7* crystal, profile pics, tier 4 trade in crystals, name change token and an energy refill, nothing else

    That definitely sounds like a bug. I can't think of a reason why they wouldn't be showing up there. Maybe try submitting a support request. They arent always the most helpful though

    Already been resolved in their other duplicate thread.

    They are not UC yet, so can't access the crystal from the store yet.
