Pulling 7* Hawkeye is okay?

He is better than I thought he would be.

Duplication
-nice, but not necessary

Damage:
-okay (no recoils) to pretty good (recoils)

Utility:
-slow on heavy makes a very accessible Unstoppable counter. (actually has 2 application attempts, so it can apply with Masochism). -SP1 power drain is okay.
-ANY basic attack pauses bleeds for 1 second (with SP3 bleeds, this gets interesting)
-Poison immune (to non-mutants) with Nick Fury Synergy
-can inflict Poison instead of bleed with Tigra synergy.

Recoils: with Nick Fury synergy he is okay. Power control focus = TONS of recoil damage. Damage focus = SP3 to SP2 is potent and has minimal recoil issues.

"The one thing I would change": Stop having all Dialed In bonuses removed, when you fail a Perfect Release. Just let them stack. He doesn't have persistent charges.

Overall, he is a champ you could actually use unduped and Rank 1.

    He's always been solid. The Buff just made him alot more so.
    Love my 5/65 to death, and so my 3/45.
    I'd love a 7* of him to come to my acc

    Ive always liked him, i just cant figure out that perfect release shet they added on the buff, can anyone help on a step by step plz? My timing is always off

    for Perfect Release, I've only found the "wait for the arrow tip to light" suggestion.

    When the attack starts, tap or hold block to slow down time. When he’s about to fire the arrow, tap again when you see a bright light

    Dialed in is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. I did learn the hard way a couple weeks ago that getting a perfect release is a guaranteed crit though and misses when fighting Maw. Just a tip since a wave of 7* Maws came out.

    But Hawkeye is amazing. He was my 2nd 7* that I pulled out of a Shooting Star paragon crystal. Been trying to dupe him ever since.

    Mine's R2, and duped. One of my favorite characters since the beginning of the game, just always spammed SP1 hoping to hemorrhage the opponent while draining their power.
    Also, if I remember correctly he has a synergy with Wiccan that changes his Bleeds into Rupture debuffs

    That dupp is sadly pretty necessary foe boosting his damage output. He is good without it, but for everyday use you need it, because without that the fights take ages

    Thanks for the tips man! I never quite understood why people were always hyping up Hawkeye. With your tips, I'll be sure to check him out!
