Logically, there should be some kind of advancing by playing, as it is not a quest you complete and explore, but what incentive do they have to play the mode at that point?

I understand that it is frustrating to fight all these high rated accounts with your lower one.
However, why would it be fair that you would get the exact same (or better) rewards as me without facing the higher competition as I am?
I just played an account I thought had suicides on because of the high ratings.... nope just a crazy amount of R27s and R56s. I still managed to snag a win in the middle.
I think everyone understands the frustrations that this causes but I also don't think there is a better way to do this competition. Unless you want to be put into a lower level of competition for a lower level of rewards.
Sticking the the NCAA March Madness, you could be the NIT track.
I would wager it has to do with the final win 10 matches objective. We've all been there where we've lost a few in a row and winning and progressing feels hopeless. Folks want the remaining dust (or maybe the 6* relic) and they want it on their time frame. And when you go one step forward and three steps back the goal appears further away.
The objective has 22 days remaining. It doesn't have to be completed in 2 hours or 8 hours or 24 hours. It's one win every 2 days. It doesn't have to be 10 wins going 10-0. Just 10 wins in however many matches you choose to do with whatever record those matches end at.
The old saying of "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." applies aptly for this objective. At least that's the opinion of this a$$hat.

Maybe you do have more sill than some of these players, very feasible. However, they are at least somewhat skilled or they would still lose. The time, effort and money they have put into their account to make it superior to yours should be worth something.

The current setup does favor accounts like yours. In the sense that the 4M+ rated accounts you are insulting had to play even stronger accounts right from Bronze tiers, relatively you have had an easier path to Diamond 3. It's a compromise devs took to make sure accounts like yours got a decent start in BG. At some point you will have to face better accounts.

I’m not the only one, dozens of mates I know personally, and a large majority on the forum are having the same issue in diamond and platinum.
For once Kabam can you just make a game mode fun and easy enough for progression into GC. Where you don’t have to spend loads of units and tokens on victory shields just so you can hedge your losses.

Obviously skill issues. I climbed to V1 from V3 in just 2 days. Played over 20 matches cause i still remember i got into V3 during the 2nd last objectives, and i just ascended my Herc. I have 3.6m account.

Comparing your path to someone else's is ridiculous
You have no idea the difference in competition or rosters and many fights can be won or lost in the draft.
In all reality, it might be all approximately the same... but just saying

The gridlock of getting to vibranium always used to be a headache, BUT NOW WITH THREE TIER OF VIBRANIUM TAKING 6 WINS EACH TIME…. FML.
If you had it where you win one match and get two medals, it would be a mute point… but no you guys have to solve one problem and introduce three more. Yeah that comment is unnecessary and as stupid as OP thinking his skills are better than bigger rosters and he would win with a big roster.
i sympathize with the situation but we’re all playing for the same rewards so the only thing that matters is performance.
on a side note that’s unrelated to the OP (i mean it, not ragging on the OP specifically) people just want free stuff. if it was up to players they would demand “representation” of every tier in the top leaderboards. the best 50k-100k accounts must have an automatic spot reserved in the top 20 or it’s unfair.
this is why equity never works, because we can’t force equal outcomes using a predetermined agenda.
equal opportunity is what we should want and what makes the world function. everyone gets an equal chance to play the game and grow their account and the best get rewarded.

Battlegrounds was designed for end game players who ran out of content and need a carrot to continue collecting higher rarities of champs and ranking them up, usually by spending copious amounts of time, money and/or both. Without it, many of these 5-9 million accounts would likely have moved on. If you're not a strong account, Kabam wants you to keep spending time and cash to become a strong account so you too can laugh at lowly accounts complaining about "fairness". They could absolutely carve up tiers in bgs if they like, as they do for incursions, but that leaves way too much money on the table.
Funny thing is most people say They make millions why so greedy? I remind those people that, as Netmarble's chief revenue generator, they have to hit those millions.

I understand that it is frustrating to fight all these high rated accounts with your lower one.
However, why would it be fair that you would get the exact same (or better) rewards as me without facing the higher competition as I am?
I just played an account I thought had suicides on because of the high ratings.... nope just a crazy amount of R27s and R56s. I still managed to snag a win in the middle.
I think everyone understands the frustrations that this causes but I also don't think there is a better way to do this competition. Unless you want to be put into a lower level of competition for a lower level of rewards.
Sticking the the NCAA March Madness, you could be the NIT track.
The objective has 22 days remaining. It doesn't have to be completed in 2 hours or 8 hours or 24 hours. It's one win every 2 days. It doesn't have to be 10 wins going 10-0. Just 10 wins in however many matches you choose to do with whatever record those matches end at.
The old saying of "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." applies aptly for this objective. At least that's the opinion of this a$$hat.
You said it yourself you have a lower account, which means sub par.
"They aren't harder they are just better champs" (PS.... that means harder because it takes more to kill them and they an kill you easier)

It's crazy to consider that you think you deserve the same or better rewards as those you can't beat.
Maybe you do have more sill than some of these players, very feasible. However, they are at least somewhat skilled or they would still lose. The time, effort and money they have put into their account to make it superior to yours should be worth something.
The current setup does favor accounts like yours. In the sense that the 4M+ rated accounts you are insulting had to play even stronger accounts right from Bronze tiers, relatively you have had an easier path to Diamond 3. It's a compromise devs took to make sure accounts like yours got a decent start in BG. At some point you will have to face better accounts.
