happened today. i followed the instructions as usual, scanned the QR code then went into the game but there wasn't a popup or anything to claim in mail.
anyone else having a problem? it worked fine last month.

not asking for free anything, we never got what was claimed.
The mechanism for awarding the rewards involves launching the game client in a very specific way, and the game client must directly land on the game account you want to get the rewards. If it doesn't do that, the mechanism won't work.
The reward mechanism is not an iTunes or Apple app store or in-app purchase mechanism, so it is completely unaware of and unaffected by iTunes synchronization of your devices. It is the MCOC game client that must be in the proper state for the system to work.

I copied the link and opened Chrome separately and then pasted the link . I was able to claim it easily . There are no missed claims . If you don't see the rewards post collecting, just restart or logout and login again and it will be there.
Is that the case? I thought we would be able to get each bundle when it comes out.

worked perfectly fine the first 2 times in november. is there any way to check if it was claimed but not sent out? can we please get comped for this?

Do a LONG (HOLD) PRESS on the “REDEEM IN-GAME” button.
And then from the resulting Pop-Up, select “OPEN IN CHAMPIONS”. (or Marvel, or MCOC, depending on Language)
Should help those who still have problems even if they are correctly setup with proper native default browser.
