Ultron for me. I just have to use him against every mutant or non-bleed-immune champ, and it's so much fun watching him Power Burn opponents or stack tons of Bleeds. Sometimes I even use him against champs with immunities just for his Power Burn

Joe Fixit. I already tried him as 6 star on AQ and loved his sustainibility, but since pulling him as 7 star I find myself using him always on EQ science chapters and managing to solo content easy. And that is with an extremely basic kit around being able to regen on tap and placing a lot of bleeds with the SP1 to counter regen and ability accuracy with the right masteries.

Corvus, he's just too good in medium fights with hp ranges of 200k and less, when ramped up he just hits too hard and opponents in act 5 and below dont even survive till he activates his sp1 / sp2 depending on typing and charges...
