I have a loss of prestige

in Bugs and Known Issues
When I had 21,413 prestige, I suffered a loss of prestige for no reason. I have asked for support, but I don't see any suitable progress, I want urgent support. My prestige list is available in the first picture

    how can it be right to do such a thing without notifying without any explanation?
    i'm not surprised anymore when it comes to kabam, they lost a player today, good luck to everyone

    All good, it's just that it has no effect on the actual gameplay - and Kabam used to hide it. It made people rank up terrible champs like Thor Rags.
