So, my alliance mates did barely any work on my line. I end up with 15 million points, each on them togerher had less than 2 million combined.
I get to the first chest, and I get 1500 7* shards. I literally could have used that time to finish eq and gotten better rewards.
This entire mode was poorly thought out, and it's a harsh slap in the face to loyal gamers who have been with it since the early days.
I'd prefer it be completely scrapped, but if not, please make the rewards highly dependent upon actual participation. And make selectors, not RNG dictate the rewards. And I'm valiant... 7*shards are the equivalent of PHC shards to me at this point. Especially when my alliance mates are getting 1 full and 1 frags for a t6cc, or 2k titan shards and 1500 units... Or another got 4k titan..

No one gets 1 full t6 and shards as well. What you saw is the cat fully formed after the shards recieved that formed it in the first place. Similar you see when doing TB when you close to forming you will see the full cat and shards indicting your t6b was formed from the shards you obtained when clearing chapter in TB.
Feel very strongly that this mode is a unit depleter/money grab for Kabam. For a f2p player, 2 revives a day is barely anything to be able to make progress on a fight, especially since each run you're doing around 6-8% health on average, leaving you to either buy and spend units for more revives (ridiculously overpriced btw) which you feel pressured to do because you're letting others down, or waste my life away in the arena in order to be able to go in for a run to end up doing 6% health and barely making any progress. Really feel like the number of 1 gold revives per day should be increased, maybe others will disagree and would be interested to know what others think respectfully.
Well its a Bust...complete waste of a week for an broken ending.. Used a bunch of resources basically by trying it, not wanting to miss out, and also feeling a sense of alliance responsibility... And the finale is a broken mode that we won't finish due to a stash bug on a SUNDAY, where we know we won't get any help.
I"m still learning about RAID, so I wouldn't say a lot about it's good or bad.
BUT, the random rewards are unfair, a guy with 3 million points can get much better rewards than another guy with 30 million points, this is insane.
I think it can be improved like, if a player contributed more than the average score of the alliance, then this player can get 500 7-star shards per 1-million score.
For example, my score is 30 million and the alliance average is 20 million, then I can get guaranteed 5000 7-star shards.
I wouldn't put alliance members against each other in this way. It can be either progression or alliance level based and every one should get equal rewards. I get that it sucks pulling your alliance members weights but for many alliances that would create infighting as well. What if someone wants the higher rewards but an alliance member takes all the points before they even get the chance. Or in our alliance situation. I was focusing on getting raid objective numbers up because my champ was weaker on damage than others. Lots of things to work out by kabam here.
Total F, for the final day. This is really atrocious that groups planning to maximize free revives all get screwed by more evidence of this being a beta.
Raids are pretty terrible. Rewards are too rng in one direction or the other and only a few champs are good for the fights and really take advantage of the nodes given.
Alliance Events are cooperative game modes. An Alliance wins and loses as a team. If someone is performing less than satisfactory, then it's certainly an in-house issue if the Members see fit. That doesn't mean Players should get more for putting up more Points. It's counterintuitive to what an Alliance represents.

’d love an official raid feedback thread in hopes we can get improvements for next month but I’ll drop them here.
Fight Nodes - enjoyed facing these 4 storied bosses, but there does need to be a few tweaks going forward. Pierce and Fury potency need drastically reduced, especially on the likes of boss 3 Thanos where you’re literally required to block at times. My group had Maestro as the third boss, and to bait the heavy I took a blocked combo before additional fury and pierce kicked in. He started the fight with 33 furies already, and by the time I baited my first heavy, 79% of my health was gone. That’s ridiculous. I couldn’t block for the rest of the fight due to that.
Fight Timers - they need increased to at least 4 minutes. For some of these bosses (all but Kang mainly) you spend a minute and a half dancing around to build your raid charges. By the time you do, you have less than a minute to do your 10%. You’re rushing in that minute as it’s such a small window to do damage that you’re prone to slip-ups you cannot afford to have. Ultron boss I had legit 45 seconds ramped up as I had to play around the alternating specials and the evade. Increasing the timer would be a major benefit so we can focus in on the fight and not feel we have to blast away in 45 seconds.
Roles - this one I can’t speak a ton about, but it seems the weight of these roles are not equal. My Hulkbuster with crit crusher was fine, but those who brought in Doom with the nullifier struggled mightily. I’m guessing in the next raid nullifiers and DOT champs will barely be used, which defeats the purpose of even including them.
Ultron - I’d love if we can gain power quicker, as you’re gonna be standing around frequently trying to find a window to attack and avoid the evade timer. By the time you ramp up, see point 2 on fight timers. It’s such a small window to attack, and extremely stressful since you know if he so much as touches you, you’re dead.
Damage Cap - The biggest complaint about AQ for years was the time commitment. Kabam listened, and reduced AQ to 4 days for that after years of complaining. So now raids is a 7 day event, that really takes the entirety of the 7 days. It goes against the core of what players want out of alliance content. Increasing the damage cap even to 15% would alleviate that.
Potions and Revives - 2 a day in the current status of raids is not enough. And not being able to keep extras in your inventory for longer than 24 hours is a bad design flaw. My group got to Ultron on Wednesday. One group did not get there until Saturday, meaning I had to burn revives on a link shield boss because they’d expire if I didn’t. It was a waste of revives, and just not well thought out there.
Rewards - they’re good for completion/exploration, but I do expect they will continue to adjust as the meta does. The RNG chests, however, I am not a fan of. Honestly it’s so deflating seeing an alliance member get a 7* Ultron or a full Titan crystal while I get 1/4 of a T6CC. Makes me feel like I wasted my time beating an extremely timely and tough boss.
Overall I did enjoy the game mode, but February needs to have some tweaks if the goal is to have as many alliances as possible play. If not, it’ll likely go the way of only the top tier playing it.
Unpopular opinion.. I like raids, scored 26+ points using all free revives and maybe 5 extras. Would do raids every week over normal AQ. With a couple more rounds can easily see us 100% without items.

Yeah bad RNG feels bad but ideally you’re in a group with your friends so should be happy with your friends even if you get shafted. But like this is MCOC, the entire game is based on RNG. Some will go in your favor, some won’t. But you won’t get these rewards by doing regular AQ.
Speaking of which, you don’t have to raids. Nobody is forcing you to. If you don’t like it and still want the glory, go back to regular AQ. They said this mode isn’t for everyone from the start.

Exactly right. Im in a decent plat3 ally with some good players and rosters… we still used wayyyy more than the 2xday we can buy for 1 gold. Luckily the glory was bugged so it made getting some extra items easy, if needed 😂

Most of the feedback I seen has been ways to enhance the mode. Not proclaim it outside of their taste. Too many here drop that defense like a paper shield when feedback is offered.

Secondly we have 100% completion yet it says on 63% completion what’s up with that?
Thirdly when all that stuff happened with the revives and we couldn’t use them there was also another bug that reset our charges for each class back to 0 and it wouldn’t let us gain any more charges the rest of the fight and ultron was on 66% so we had to take him down the rest of the way with 0 charges.
Lastly why in the world am I putting in the most work getting 63.8mil points for my path and only receive 25% tier 6 fragments for each chest and my teammates who only put up 20mil points gets 20k titan shards? Like are you kidding me? That’s not even fair
Something definitely needs to be done about all of this because the rewards are not fair by any means and seeing as how I spent 5k units on revives after using up my aq stash I wanna say 2 revives a day aren't enough.

RNG chest drops need improved.
1 suggestion is have 3 different chests, 1st on in path with lower reward drops ( 25% t6cc, 4.5k 7* shards and so on) 2nd ( some middle rewards drop, 4k Titan, 50% t6cc and so on) 3rd (premium drops, Ultron, 20k titan and such)
That way everyone will have a premium drop if they make it that far in the map and not feel like they wasted their time and resources playing a team coordinating event.
Also Charges should definitely be permanent the continued ramp up is definitely not ideal.
Also Classes need more champs its too restrictive.
Kabam should give compensation because this raid is still not in beta phase.
Edit:- Opened another chest and all those 3 chests I got some random T6CC, not worth the effort. Now my group is at Ultron but surprise surprise rest of 2 groups are not so my group will take absurd amount of degeneration damage. VERY F.U.N. 😀
Trying to balanced our Alliance made some on goals, by some members taking the wrong lane. Not sure why the turn back option isn’t available as it is with AQ and AW.
The 10% insta death is a terrible feature when taken in relation to the amount of revives/health available and cost to acquire them, even when taking into account the 2 free ones. If the cost of reviving/healing wasn’t so ridiculous I don’t think I’d have too much of an issue.
The RNG “rewards chest” is horrible. I had team member apologise to me after they received 1.5 T6cc for 2m of points compared to my 30m and I get 0.25 T6cc. I have enough raids tokens for the next 2 raids, but if these chests continue I’ll sit them out. It’s not fair my hard work, units and glory use provides me with rubbish rewards others in the alliance get to benefit with rewards that make my efforts feel like a joke.

The coordination aspect of the this is not fun at all.
I like the idea of this. I like the fights to a degree. Execution though is bad. Not as bad as battle grounds first implementation, but not a huge amount off.
