Piggy bank doesn't appear in the offers

Cannot buy the piggy banK. I just completed the missions. The little piggy symbol appears by my units, but once you enter the unit store/offers, it is not there and the time will run out. Please, Fix it!!!

In post lists, you can see if there are Admin or Mod replies in them by seeing Admin/Mod labels next to the # of views, etc line.
