    I was watching tier list and a lot of the CC guys have them both marked as needing the dupe. Mainly watch Vega and Lagacy vids

    It makes him block skill unblockable specials and is great for prestige, and then nothing else really

    Rule of thumb: Go for the new champ. Ags are coming out more and more so just get the new champ. If it's groot or somethin go for the dupe but photon is crazy good

    It increases his damage during special attacks, including DoT from the neuroshocks and degenerations

    It increases daunted potency and block penetration on specials per non-damaging passives. It's great both as an attacker and defender.

    I mean if you already used all those units might as well get a new champ to use
