Issue with Carina Challenge: Asgardian Cheddar

The Ultron in 5.4.6 does not activate his buffs when a debuff is applied to him. Additionally, when using Loki, you are unable to steal the Ultron’s buffs on Sp1. When a curse from Loki’s special 3 was placed on the Ultron and the ultron was stunned, the Ultron’s buff from the Impart node would not activate and be transferred to my Loki. I’ve attached both videos in a support ticket. This endeavor has cost me over 500 units as well as numerous revives. It is unacceptable that such a fight should drain resources like that when there are videos clearly showing that this challenge (aptly named Asgardian “cheddar”) functioned appropriately before.
To make this worse, this was submitting over 2 months ago, and any followup tickets are met with a standard copy-paste type response.

“Due to the complexity involved in resolving bugs within a live game we are unable to provide a timeframe of the resolution.”
“We are doing our best to address this possible issue as soon as we can.”
I understand that these issues can be difficult to fix and it may take time to resolve it, but giving out compensation to people that attempted this should not take this long. Even with multiple followups, it feels like Kabam just cope-pasted until I would stop bothering them.

I did the carinas challenge tonight with 3* Loki. It’s fixed you can complete it now. Support said they’re still investigating the situation and if compensation is provided to players affected it will be through an in game mail.
