While I understand a lot of people share the same view you have when it comes to the game, put a few things into perspective. The Kabam team is not as large as it was this time last year or even two years ago, so certain things will take more time. Also they literally just finished a event here in the states to spark interest in the game. Gotta give them a little grace. The rebalancing of champions should be touched on soon since there's a live stream scheduled for Friday. As for things getting stale that's why it's best not to burn through content, or if you feel unchallenged, start a new account or set goals for yourself to have a certain amount of units by Cyber Weekend or Christmas. There are plenty of different options to make the game/fun or challenging while waiting for the next big piece of content.
Kinda yeah. The game isn't dead by any means, but it's a little slow right now.
I'm chipping away at act 8 exploration and there's just nothing else to do.
I finished SOS like two weeks ago. EQ & gauntlet aren't worth the time investment. Battlegrounds is starting to feel a bit stale. Incursions is just... no.
Hello all. I've been on vacation for the last week and a half so haven't been around as much. I'm back now and will try to continue to be active until the community team has fully onboarded. I just cleaned up some of the stickied threads and closed a few others.
In terms of the game itself, be thankful for the reprieve. The next 5 months are going to be some of the most packed in terms of content we have ever had as we usher in our 10th Anniversary. Come check out the live stream tomorrow morning to hear what's coming in August and get a preview of a new feature that will be used for the first time in September.

We are having a lull rn. It's across the board woth easily distracted players. I'd wager most people who are bored haven't done ccp and all of carinas challenges. Personally I'm taking this opportunity to finish that stuff. And maybe go back and do some old back issues for completion bug in my ear reasons. All I'd agree with is the rebalancing has died in the water. Hopefully not going the same way as relics. This is what happens when you cut the staff of your best mobile game. Fools.

Awesome! Can't wait to see it! And is there an update on the monthly revive and health potions bundle?
Yep. I’m taking a break after I get the beta ray bill I paid for. This game isn’t worth it anymore. Parry is horrible and they are reacting faster than I can throw my attacks. I believe kabam is doing this intentionally. It is not normal for mcoc. I’m beyond frustrated. I want to play but I’m not paying for horrendous deals and the poor state of the game currently. It’s an empty sink at this point and I’m tried of wasting money when it’s no longer fun or playable. I’m out in a few weeks.

It is the games lack of balance that causes these feelings. Last month it was raining champs on us, now suddenly it feels like a desert by comparison. When the rewards are suddenly awesome for a month then drop significantly everything goes back to feeling like a grind.
I think there's been a decent amount of fun content ,Crucible, SOS, act 9.1 etc.( maybe missing something else) There is also the issue of rushing through content as soon as it drops...There are always going to be phases where it feels a bit boring, and that's ok as well.

Serpent not having a tune down on defense is a major L for me. I really think it's time to let go of the game as soon as I get deathless she-hulk.

Crucible was just released a month ago, Act 9.1 was just released a few weeks ago. And I know some players think it is just routine, but SoS Toad just dropped and the gauntlet portion of it will happen next week.
Those are pretty big content and reward drops. And that is in addition to the 'routine' things that happen (monthly EQ/SQ, BG seasons, AW seasons, etc).
While I agree that Kabam has not announced anything specifically to look forward to, I completely disagree that we are in a content drought.
Sure, if you finish everything Day 1 you might have 'nothing' to do, but if you expect there to be 'new content' in a quicker cadence to satisfy the Day 1 completion rate, you'll be perpetually disappointed..

The people who complain about the game just being a grind once you hit the endgame, don't play enough of other games in their endgame. We're lucky in mcoc to be getting content all the time to do, whereas games like warframe, once you have everything, you get a few hours of content every half a year. There's other free to play games that are nothing but grind once you finish the story. That's just normal for all games that can't be modded
It's like we're playing different games, lol... How can it be boring?? Even if you have 100% completed everything, a few times a year we get endgame content, like necropolis and crucible, or different carina challenges... also we have SoS and Battlegrounds!!

I'm looking forward to deathless vision, exploring necropolis, regular BG, august long form content, act 9.1, captain marvel from saga, beta ray bill, SIM buff, finale to the deathless thingy, next 3 months of EOP type content. Just sharing my personal opinion, there is A LOT coming. A lot to do. There is no dearth of content imo
I agree with you regarding this statement the game is giving away a few champs and if you have a decent credit card you can buy niche champs like beta Ray. Side quest rewards are great.. People really enjoy story quests with those decent rewards waiting 6 months for a new one to drop is a little long. Cruicible was a fantastic piece of content in my opinion the best by far. SOS is available personally I don't find this fun it's restrictive and very hard (for me), but the rewards are why you HAVE TO play this. On a different angle war is my favourite mode, but it's being artificially inflated difficulty which bad meta tactics and restrictive champ selection. An example this war tier 2 wars mine you, enchantress captured 96 kills in one map of the war, this is not fun for the person running the lane or anyone. Again this is a reasonable strategy for kabam to make difficult defenders but allow multiple champs that can counter difficult nodes, strategy is half the fun of war but has been restrictive through lack of counters, sandman should have shined this war but had nothing leaving the majority of the work to iron heart and spiderman 99 if you have them, that's not fun
Comments
-We need Valiant difficulty monthly event
-Story contents should came earlier
-Battleground rewards need buff
