iPhone stuck on loading screen

My account on my iPhone is currently stuck on the loading screen. I have tried multiple iPhones, but the account cannot get past the loading screen. However, it works fine on Android. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I’m having this issue. I have an iPhone 15 pro when I was playing arena and then the game crashed. I tried reopening the game and I’m stuck in loading screen for 12 hours now. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Still same issue

Same has happened with my iPhone within the last hour. Happened 2 times after I won the match. Showed an error code. Just like when Beta Ray Bill came out. Also at the end of my match match both champs went invisible on screen and couldn’t see anything.

I have tried this on both WiFi and mobile internet. Both lead to stuck on this screen. No error messages just loading logo rotating endlessly.

This is the support's solution. Didn't work for me:

We were made aware of a possible issue with infinite loading or updating when loading into a map and confirmed this as a bug. Any additional details about this bug could be announced on our forums, our blog, and your in-game mail, making those great resources to regularly check. Because this bug could affect many players, any compensation would be given to all affected players via in-game methods like the mail system.

Additionally, since you are also using an iOS device, you can try this workaround to bypass the issue. Please ensure you are turning off your device and leaving it powered down for the requisite time at each step.

Uninstall Marvel Contest of Champions
Open up Settings on your device and scroll down to Game Center
Log out of Game Center
Turn off your device, leaving it off for 30 seconds. This allows it to release any cached data.
Turn the device back on and reinstall Marvel Contest of Champions
Login using only your Kabam ID

hi all,

geh Same for me. My iPad Pro M4 is stuck flickering when i start a Fight. Uninstalling did not help.

I use an ipad m4 with iOS 18.0.1.

The strange Thing: When start my screen Recording on my ipad, the flickering does Not appear when i start a fight. If i turn the screenrecording off and start another fight, it will start to get stuck flickering on the loading screen again.

Hope you can fix it as soon as possible….

yeah, for me the same, whenever screenrecording is on it looks normal, but not without

Same here. With screen recording on it works.
Maybe a problem with framerates?

I’m also stuck, it’s intermittent but maybe 40-50% of the time the load screen comes up i get frozen.

As well as the follow up recommendation / workaround, that you turn on Screen Recording before starting your fight.
(can pause and turn off recording once you have started the fight, to do rest of fight)

Same here, screen recording makes mcoc functional.
