Keep grinding, get you a better roster and the sun will definitely shine on you . Just don't get frustrated because of the way it is , focus on campaign and other events to keep improving ur deck and soon, You'll be the bigger account stomping on some uncollected and Cavs
This is why we won't hit 1billion. People forfeiting. We don't get points in the Realm Event if people forfeit
So are you going to blame the OP for this? Does he suppose to just have to attend to the match with opponents have 3 times his rating and see them bully him? He had a choice, he didn’t like it, he forfeited.
About 85% of this community will never take you seriously with that many forfeits.
But here's the obligatory "BGs is a competition", comment for you. You're in the same bracket, it's completely fair.
You’re right I’m sorry. That totally accurate percentage of the community deserves an apology from me. All of the time I’ve saved forfeiting isn’t gonna add up at all tbh.
Going forward I’ll sit through the first two rounds and watch my 10k rated defenders get blown out of the water in 15-20 seconds because you’re right, it’s the same bracket and definitely completely fair.
What you SHOULD do is try to win every single round, even if the matchup seems hopeless. Sometimes your opponent won’t be nearly as good as their deck might lead you to believe. And even if they smoke your defenders, you’ll learn something about the mode / meta / matchups, and that’ll make you a better player.

Thanks for the response. I’ll keep at it for sure. My account is in a weird spot because if I get matched against any cav or uncollected player I usually stomp on them and I can even compete with most thronebreaker players. Problem is 80% of the time I get matched against some valiant or paragon player (no matter what rank).
I’d happily sit in a 10+ minute que if it meant I’m only facing uncollected-thronebreaker players with a chance at facing lower-rated/leveled paragon player

Honestly this, if you want to get better at the game, punching up will give you experience which is important for a gamemode like BGs.

I was doing this at the start of the season. I would say a little less than half of the time I would either win or at least win 1 round. For some reason at this point I’m not getting matched against crazy big accounts that I have a small chance against, I’m just getting matched against crazy big accounts that I have absolutely no chance against. It became a waste of time to try, but when the occasional mid-paragon player comes along I’ll 100% try to get the W

Competitions aren't fair... Someone is probably always going to be better and stronger than you.
I've been getting matched with people who are very close to my account roster. Sometimes they've got more champs of higher rank and Sometimes my opponent has less than me. It's been pretty even

Lucky you, I mostly face players who have 6,7 r3 7* and many r2 7*, while I only have 3 r3 7* and 5 r2 7*
I've been there and now that I completed all the story quests 100% I have 5 r3 and the grind it's very easy, just keep playing your single player modes until you are strong enough to compete for higher ranks
Why do you forfeit? A legitimate loss uses up all the same resources AND it contributes points towards all events. Forfeiting doesn't help anything. You're frustrated. We all get it and we've all been there, but see the matches through. All you've done by forfeiting is wasted your own time and gotten nothing to show for it.

To each their own I suppose...
Because if he he forfeited, he will only be frustrated in a few second, but if he stay on the match, he will be frustrated in 10 min, which could affect to his mental health in long term lol, question is if you were him, which way you gonna choose lol
I have a food roster but I often face better rosters and def better players, and I just try and see what happens. I have won a few. It's also good practice.
Like I said, way too much faith on the player base for events like this....
Totally agree, I admire who is the one in Kabam have idea about this event, can’t be any better way to show how selfish people are, the one with beefy accounts want to the tiny stay for them bullying to get more points, meanwhile the tiny just want to forfeit to get out of frustration lol

If you have 2-3mil rating acc and you match with those 4 or 5mil, yeah you could learn some experience from their roster, but if you match with those 7mil, which is your 6r3 or 4 fight with their 7r3, I don’t think you can learn anything from a 20s match
Firstly, I would like to say I do understand the feeling and where you are coming from, I was one of the many that been vocal of the need for change on the previous BG scoring system (1 token win and 1 token lost), which I also understand that some players still disagree with and that is fair enough.
I'm not a high skilled player and my account is not big or nothing special, no Onslaught, no Serpent, no Korg, Attuma, Killmonger, Dust or any of the new champs like Enchantress, ect.
I have won again some way way bigger account than mine and lost to some way smaller too.
Here is an examples, I faced 2 accounts 8mil plus back to back, this is way way bigger then my accounts in every way. I enter the fights with no expectations of winning, and was shock of the results. Again it is noy always like this and again I have lost plenty to much smaller accounts to (like I said I'm not a high skill player).
From my personal experience (and this is just my opinion), it would be much healther to enter an BG match for the gameplayer and experience, rather the desperate desire of winning. It is not about beating your opponent, it is about beating your own personal best. I remember one time I was so chump I managed to take down Red Skull with Vox, was so happy, cause I had such a problem with him for awhile.
I would encourage play every match, for the gameplay and experience, and as long as you got out of the fight done better than you have previously that is a win.
With the new scoring system of 2 Token for win and 1 for lost, there are less bottleneck issue, you might face 2 or 3 massive accounts, but they will soon move up. Just do 3 matches per day or 5 every 2 days.
Crystals Hero shards and rank up materials are much more available and a lot can be obtained from solo content, focus on them as you build up your roster and experience.
That is jusy my 2 cents, hope you find your fun whatever you do. 😊

Well... first and foremost it's a mobile game on a cell phone. If a game causes that much mental angst there's far bigger problems to be addressed. So one is frustrated for 10 min and then puts their phone down for an hour and does something else. There are no rules or obligations that if something is frustrating or causing mental angst that one has to continue doing it.
So to answer... I'd do like I've been doing a majority of this BG season. Take my full losses on the chin, say "Oh well I can't lose forever", possibly take a break from MCOC to refresh, and move on to the next match knowing that I've helped my alliance in the BG event and contributed to the realm event.
If you used elder marks, there’s 92 lost points for the realm event right there.
Its less; but you got a point... Not like he would have gotten the points to win...(45)
Maybe I missed something but I’m seeing 4 forfeits and you get 23 points for completing a VT track match with elder marks so that’s 92 points he didn’t get and we didn’t get.

Don't even try to win
Don't even try to practice fighting defenders that you ban all the time in fair matches
Keep exiting out in hopes of finding "fair" opponent in next round. 👍
