Cosmic vs Tech Class?

Looking at all 6 classes, it seems these 2 have the least amount of "meta" 7*'s compared to the others. (Skill at least has a lot of good defenders and few good attackers)
So between these 2, which class has more 7* that are worthy of r3 to you?
The no brainer ones at the very top are obviously Serpent, Maestro, Red Skull (Sparky and Shocker can be argued too but a lot more difficult to obtain)
Then there's the tier just slightly below them that has the champs like Venom, Hyperion,
Warlock, Guardian etc that a lot would still easily r3
I know theres more I didn't list but rather let the community share their own personal lists of champs theyd r3 from the 2 classes

Adam/Gladiator i think fall a bit short due to them being AI reliant (AI is at its worst so hence why you see barely anyone talking about them nowadays)
Knull/Nova need awakening and high sig
Tech also has some that fall short like Shuri , Prowler. Seen some get on the OS train. Imiw is still the top 7* tech defender imo
It’s close but Cosmic shrugs them off, because they’re nearly all great, (Red goblins aside)
After that, the taunt is potent enough that ai will always throw a special. Punish, punish, punish
While my account certainly isn't the end all be all in terms of meta rank-ups, I still think that says something about the state of those two classes.
Offensively we got shang chi, mantis, midbones, massacre, black cat all are great sp2 nukes.
The only downside about skill class is blade.
and yes I have all three worst skill champs duped
Love my R3 Shocker. I'd probably R3 Peni Parker, Red Skull, Omega Sentinel and Warlock if resources were more available. Shuri, Hulkbuster and Lady Deathstrike would all be fun too.... If I had them.
Cosmic I've got Vision Aarkus (who is a lot of fun) and Serpent as R3. But if I have a generic cosmic fight to do, I'm still falling back on Hulkling and CGR (and rarely Hercules). Venom is good. My others just don't feel worth investing in.
Who do yall think takes the edge between Warlock vs Hyperion?
