Negative red units after refund of Supreme Growith Bundle

I requested a refund for the Supreme Growth Bundle as it didn't award units. Now my content credit score is -30$. Only way for me to move forward is to give back the 30$ to kabam for no reason. Can this be fixed?

There's a whole section on the Kabam support page. It sucks to learn a lesson this way but there ya go.
Problem is that you didn’t realize the purchase was for 10,000 Units (I assume this is the one) that only come a portion at a time, as you **SLOWLY** reach higher (new) Summoner Levels (from 60 to 70), which would take a couple of years to fully achieve.
So, you have to give Kabam back their money that you got refunded back to you.
Then you will be back *EVEN*.
Now, whether you want to ask Kabam directly for a refund of that purchase, since you didn’t know what the purchase was really for, and that it wasn’t an instant 10,000 Units. You can go thru Support directly to try to do that.
But, yes you can still “Play”, but that would be taking “ftp” to a whole ‘nother level, lol.
Can't participate on banquet, CM, 4th unit deals...
Except kabam also tends to perm ban accounts who abuse the chargeback function. So be warned..
