For an example.
Serpent: no nerf
Bullseye: technically no nerf even though he kinda did idk the date but he’s still quite the same
Photon: no nerf or idk if she did or not
Korg: no nerf
Dust no nerf
Onslaught: no nerf
Kindred: no nerf
But you have these baller attacker that always got nerf for an example
Dead pool x force: he’s so op he’s amazing buff I understand the nerf but with the defenders that are in game now I don’t see why they have to nerf him and I hope they don’t nerf him to the ground 🪦
Abs-man: got nerfed but still op lol
Fant-man: nerfed
AA: nerfed (ages ago)
But you get my point and I’m surprised Juggs isn’t nerfed 💀
Don’t wanna cause any trouble with this discussion so don’t take it personal ♥️

>Abs Man Regen nerf
???????
When was archangel nerfed?
It's also funny that you brought up Absorbing Man getting a nerf as an argument for your point that only attackers get nerfed, when it was his defensive side that got nerfed. It's the completely opposite of what you're bringing him up for. They tuned down his regen so that he'd be easier to defeat. They didn't touch anything offensively that he had going on, as far as I remember.
As for Bullseye, I'd argue that it was a pretty huge nerf. He's still really annoying but you used to take damage whenever you dexed him if you weren't bleed immune. If he was stingy with throwing a special attack, he could literally whittle you down without ever touching you as you tried to bait it out. I'm really, really happy they changed that.
Bullseye and Serpent (and Abs Man) are the only champs on your list that I think it could be argued ought to have been nerfed, and two of the three got one. When it comes to the others, I think they are mostly fine. The trick is usually to learn how to dex and (in some cases) punish their special attacks. After learning how to dex Onslaught's SP1, for example, I've had much less of an issue with him than I did prior to knowing that. I still don't know how to dex his SP2 (or more precisely, switch into reverse controls fast enough), but I can definitely take him down more reliably nowadays.
I'm not comfortable dexing Dust's SP1 which makes her tricky, but that's a skill issue on my end. It's not an undexable special by any means. When it comes to Photon, you just have to remember to not push her to her SP2 while in her light mode and you'll be fine, and you got to learn how to punish Kindred's special attacks (which is admittedly still a work in progress for me).
So in most cases, it really is a skill issue. I think the Bullseye nerf addressed something that ultimately wasn't a skill issue, which is probably why it was made.
Think about it, why should any champ be able to do something that contradicts the defenders abilities? People are mad because it was "pro player" more than anything.
If they hadn’t tuned down his regen, he’d have been damn near impossible to take down.
Did you notice that all your attacker “nerfs” are from more than 1.5+ years ago (Deadpool X-Force is not a nerf, it is immediately fixing a bug that was live for all of less than two weeks)?
But, even if we accept your opinion that Deadpool X-Force got nerfed, there are still more Attacker buffs than nerfs. So your premise doesn’t really make sense because you are purposely excluding all attacker buffs from your “argument”.
As someone else pointed out, the SoS fight and its subsequent correction happened well after Abs Man had already been nerfed himself. I can't even imagine what that fight would have looked like if it had been against the pre-nerfed Abs Man.
