    If anyone could rationally explain what the main issue is, I would be extremely happy [This sounds sarcastic, but I truly mean it as many people here criticize many different things for different reasons]. From my point, I spent 14.000 units for those milestones and got many 7*s [Will be a total of 14 I think?], will get a 7* AG crystal and one for the buffed champs, materials for 2 more 7* R3 champs and several 6* R5 ones from the milestones alone. Are the milestones truly an issue here, or is this solely about the crystals? I really want to understand

    I do agree wholeheartedly that the crystals are underwhelming. I opened around 200 and didn’t receive a single high end item (no titan, no nexus, no keys, no selectors…). That is 60,000 units “worth”. On that front, of course it feels like a waste of money.

    I do think, however, I was undervaluing the milestone rewards. I look at the milestone rewards as my “high end” hits (I did my part and in return got them).

    Kabam has a VERY difficult balancing act they have to maintain. A few small changes and things go from “amazing event” to “super dissatisfied”…it may have been a little overhyped; and the drop rates could have been slightly higher on individual crystals…but when the milestones are included it is not a “bad” thing (especially for levels lower than Valiant). Add to that the 10 free new 7-stars, etc…I can’t pretend I didn’t get rewarded for my investment.

    With the milestones included; I can’t say I’m upset. The crystal opening was a sad sad event for me :). But the overall event will be a positive. Just my two cents.

    Wow, so many good comments and constructive criticism here. I also thank the Game team, and the community. Love that we all come together from different walks of life to play and care for this game. With that being said i'll parrot a few of the points above. Valiants feel left behind here. As TB i'd imagine SBCs were pretty awesome, or at least decent. I think the messaging was off and the event super hyped, which lead to high expectations and severe let-down. I cant keep track of the tons of videos and posts ive seen of people spending 15-25k units and walking away with nothing more than some sigs, some t6CC, a whole t4a, and maybe a whole or half a 7* basic. While im one of the "whales" who spends way too much, I did know the RNG side was more of gamble which is why I unloaded at Cyber for the guaranteed rewards. With that being said, opening 40-50-60-100 crystals and not hitting a single jackpot or high tier reward has to be super deflating. Especially for those who grinding F2P units for months. I did get extremely lucky in this event but it wasn't until I had opened over 35k units worth of crystals. I bought and popped 30 more and got Jessica twice somehow. Again, just adding my two cents and parroting a few of the above points.

    Because the superior banquet crystals are so underwhelming, there is little incentive to buy any more when you’ve reached a certain number of points. I’m currently over 20k points, but there is a very real possibility that that realm milestone will never be reached, even though my investment is worth the rewards in those milestones. A spending Realm event is a lot different than a Realm event where you have to play the game a lot. The banquet crystals are currently not worth the investment when there is a real chance of not getting the return. And the good stuff really is in the Realm event.

    Succeeded the goal eh? I've got almost 26000 points and more than likely won't even see the rewards from the milestones because you have disappointed the community (that won you guys an award btw) so badly that they more than likely won't make it to the Isophyne dupe. They have again set the goal so high it likely was to not all get accomplished in the first place. It seems like Kabam is learning nothing from past relm events or likely doesn't care and the "we want the game to go another 10 years" seems like total hog wash.

    I think the review rating of this game is still pretty good, at least in Appstore…

The reworked champs and the ability to get each of them once before you can dupe was great. The community portion of the gifting event was also great. I do think that at least a full titan should have been in the individual or alliance rewards and a 2-3 gem/crystal.

    I want to be hopeful for the Christmas gift for valiant but if it isn’t a titan nexus, 2-3 gem, or 7* ag crystal it will be a huge miss. A 2023 selector would be cool as well. .

    I take anything but a r2 to 3 gems need to be 2024 to be a banger. For me having all from 2023

    The crystals have been lackluster at best. The event is boring, no real creativity. I feel like those who are putting forth effort into gaining the rewards will be shafted in the end.

    Overall add one more to the general sense of disappointment. I spent over 7k units and got a few seven champs that are ok. Hindsight being 20/20 I would not have spent all my units. Feeling like I wasted time and money … it’s a bad feeling.

    What could have made it better?
    I barely got one tier four alpha… all those units. What a waste.
    Where were the 7 star nexus crystals? I didn’t get a single 7star champ I was hunting for.
    Pretty frustrating.

    I’ll keep it as simple as possible for you. The high majority of the players are upset that the crystals for which we spend 300 units apiece and were promised to contain far less “filler” materials, are almost entirely “filler.” Yes the milestone rewards are nice and attractive but we have to reach them. Because the drop rates for real quality items from these crystals is so poor, fewer and fewer people will continue to spend to reach these milestones you are apparently assuming we will reach. The mad rush of the 1st day pf the event has ended and we have a ways to go to reach these milestones. The community is upset and feels betrayed and lied to and it’s highly likely not motivated to continue to spend their units or additional money to open the crystals to get the milestones you are already counting as “claimed.” I hope we do get there as I too have already blown my wad on this event and qualify for all the good stuff in the Realm rewards. But I’m not sure we’ll get it done. Hope that clears things up for you as to what most people seem to be upset about with this.
    Okay, I can get behind that. Still, I think the outrage is far too massive considering that you get from the solo and alliance milestones alone. But I agree that the crystals should be better

    Honestly if Kabam can’t change the crystals to make the community happy then change the point system. Giving a maximum of 400 points per crystal bought and opened in a system that only gives the best rewards at tens of thousands is unquestionably a money grab. Simple solution would be to drop more points to all spenders to at least make us feel like Kabam hears the issues it has created.
