The last 4 milestones are like someone at kabam thought they will never get this far and just slapped in some shards. I think they should have been Titan crystals or something better 1k shards was rather we don’t need to bother with the last ones they won’t make it anyways or it was you’ve had to much now here is some shards lol
For me this is the first time I’ve really spent a huge amount on the game, I spent close to 1K, to others that seems small but to me that a huge amount of money that I don’t normally spend on this game, I thought being 10 years and all the hype around I would of gotten some decent pulls, the Superior crystals were absolute trash, not even a trophy champ out of all those openings, the Kabam should at least give those the last two keys to acquire the champs, or at least let you choose who you wanted from the keys, first and last time for me spending that amount of money on this game. The only good think that came out of it for me was taking Isophyne to r3. But lesson learned for next year.

If you really did spend that much, I'd say take a breath and wait for the ranked rewards... But I feel you, that's rough.
After opening more SBCs, I can say as a Valiant that these are some of the most useless and depressing pulls imaginable.
I understand the premise behind the SBC/milestones the mods provided. However, there is a sense of futility attached to crystals that often yield T5c drops and 10% T6c drops that defies logic. I have become convinced that the architects of the current SBCs intended them to vex and disappoint Summoners.

It seems the intent was to put all of the real rewards behind milestones... and with that, I would almost rather click a button that lets me directly burn units for milestone points instead of opening crystals with abysmal drop rates on the things players actually wanted from them.

With the holdays I wouldn't expect a response until after the event ends. There is nothing more they can do to change the event that will satisfy everyone who spent units or cash while the event is still running. As annoying as it may be all we can do is leave feedback and hope for some response and possible compensation for the abysmal drop rates once the event ends. Just try to keep feedback constructive rather than personal attacks or cries for boycotting. Those gain us nothing since they won't have the backing of the whales.
Actually İTS not that hard They still can but they dont want They can add everyone more lvls based on progression for example Valiants 4 Paragon 3 Thronebreaker 2 Cav 1 (Just only for realm event)
And that equates to fair in what way. What if a cav dropped 10k on crystals and a valiant popped the free ones from the build-up. I don't disagree that the rewards from the crystals are disappointing as a valiant player. Absolutely nothing i got from the crystals i opened couldn't have been purchased for less from the in game store for battle chips, aq rewards or in the case of 7* shards about an hour of incursions. Bumping people based on their progression doesn't balance my unit spend compairef to someone who opened free crystals. Nor does it offset someone who while lower in progression may have dropped real world currency. I don't see this as a simple solution that can make spendrrs and non spenders whole without going into the game files to see who opened what. If they decide to do that the sure as f*** aren't going to do it with a skeleton crew covering the holidays. How about rethinking your solution for a balance not based off progression but how much people are actually out for opening these awful crystals. Also if kabam in the future wishes to keep cavalier through valiant grouped together for rewards that is fine. Just make sure the rewards for units spent is worth it to the majority of your top progression in those groupings.

I’m just suprised we got to next milestone AFTER, isophyne
I can’t understand why when 7* are freely given away we still have so many 6* shards as high level rewards for events, 6-10% is primarily 6* hero’s. Maybe i am missing something but to me the vast majority of 6* have very little value to players hitting that mark. Also the alliance event seemed to have very few milestones?
The last 4 milestones are like someone at kabam thought they will never get this far and just slapped in some shards. I think they should have been Titan crystals or something better 1k shards was rather we don’t need to bother with the last ones they won’t make it anyways or it was you’ve had to much now here is some shards lol
There seems to be considerable more milestones there now including 7* Thanos, not that many of us will hit them lol, maybe these only show up when you get to the ? Mark as I only noticed them this morning after I unlocked that milestone or maybe they are new additions idk?
Also while I am commenting why not add some rank rewards for solo events with decent crystal shards in at the higher levels, e.g some 7*, 7* titan and 7* awakening gem shards so that people who feel let down by the lack of these in crystals they bought can at least pull some of them in from rank rewards although I think for some people who bought several hundred of these crystals it would probably be hard to squeeze enough shards into a rank reward level. Maybe a 7* nexus or 2 for the really. high spenders 😊.
The Gap Between Spenders and Free-to-Play Players Is Now a Canyon
Kabam recently announced their grand plan to “reduce the gap” between spenders and free-to-play players. Sounds great in theory, right? Unfortunately, in practice, they seem to have confused “reduce” with “expand.” With the latest updates to the REALM event, they’ve managed to create an event so lopsided it feels less like a community effort and more like a VIP lounge for whales, while the rest of us are left outside wondering why we even showed up.
What Changed? 1. Bigger Rewards for Big Spenders: Kabam decided to give even more rewards to those who already spend the most, adding extra milestones that require absurd amounts of units to unlock. So, if you’re spending thousands, congratulations! You’ll be swimming in personal rewards, ranked rewards, and the best Realm rewards. For the rest of us, well, we still get trash drop rates and filler rewards that are more disappointing than the bottom half of a crystal opening. 2. Realm Milestones Are a Mirage: Remember, this is supposed to be a community event. The idea is that every contributor helps the group achieve collective goals. In theory, everyone should feel valued, since it’s our combined effort that makes progress possible. Instead, Kabam’s updates have made the milestones even harder to reach, ensuring only the biggest spenders can enjoy the rewards. The rest of us? We’re just extras in this production, apparently only here to cheer on the whales. 3. Unbalanced Reward Structure: Right now, the event looks something like this: • Whales: You get solo milestones, ranked solo rewards, and the top Realm milestones! You win everything! • Everyone else: You get trash Realm rewards and vague feelings of regret for even participating.
The Missed Opportunity
Here’s what Kabam could have done if they wanted to make everyone happy: • Big Spenders: Reward them generously in personal milestones and ranked rewards. It’s fair—they’re contributing the most, and they deserve great personal rewards. • Realm Milestones: Make these achievable for the entire community. Everyone’s contribution matters, whether they spend 1k units or 10k units. Realm milestones should represent our shared effort, not just the wallets of a select few.
This would have struck the perfect balance: • Big spenders get the recognition they deserve. • Smaller contributors feel appreciated and motivated to help drive the event forward.
What Kabam Did Instead
Instead of fixing the event, Kabam decided to double down on the problem. They added more rewards for big spenders and created extra milestones requiring even higher contributions. If you spend thousands of units, you’re living the dream. If you don’t? Well, you’re lucky if you even notice the rewards changing. The first half of the Realm milestones still offers filler prizes that make opening a disappointing crystal seem thrilling by comparison.
At this point, Kabam should just rename the event the “Whale Appreciation Gala.” It would save everyone time.
A Special Request
To anyone who reaches the last Realm milestone and gets all those amazing rewards and an R4 champion: please send me a screenshot! I’d love to put it in a photo frame. That way, I can look at it every day and remind myself that, along with thousands of other players, I helped contribute to your rewards. It’ll be like my very own keepsake—a reward for my hard work in making sure others succeeded.
The Bigger Picture
If this event were an airplane, Kabam would be the pilots who decide to take a nosedive after a mid-flight mistake. Instead of stabilizing the situation, they’ve accelerated the crash. The result? An event that’s supposed to promote community togetherness now feels more divisive than ever.
Final Thoughts
Kabam, you still have a chance to pull up before the plane hits the ground. Here’s how: • Reward big spenders properly through personal milestones and ranked rewards—they deserve it. • Make Realm milestones accessible to all contributors. Every unit spent matters, and everyone should feel like their efforts help achieve a shared goal.
Right now, you’ve managed to alienate the majority of your players while catering to a tiny percentage of whales. If the goal was to unite the community, congratulations—you’ve done the opposite.
Can’t believe they’ve added more milestones to the realm event trying to get more players to spend on these absolutely awful crystals yep it’s all about the money and no consideration to the players who have already wasted money units and time on this event if it wasn’t for the milestones I certainly wouldn’t of purchased a single sbc sort yourself out kabam just release the xtra milestone rewards and don’t expect players buy even more of these awful crystals just to fill your pockets “DO THE RIGHT THING “
Gotta love this continued use of the realm event to manipulate things 🙄… they really need to make this the last one.
Just saw the 2-3 gem and trophy adds… wtf. So spend this much and get an R3 regardless of your progress. Complete devaluation of endgame rosters and emblematic of why this event is the worst one I’ve been apart of since picking up this game.
I agree that the new milestones should have been bonus (free), not make us spend even more money/units for average prizes.
Or, if they really want us to spend more, they should change each of the 1k Titan shards milestone into 10k Titan shards and add X2 to the Kang/Vision/Thanos selector. I have spent 27k units plus the free SBC's, to form 3x7* crystals, less than 2xT4Alpha and not even half of a Titan crystal. The majority of the prizes were T6B and T3A fragments, 10-25% T6CC and full T5CC.
On a side note, as a " cherry on the top", while the deathless hunt was well managed, starting the eyedoll one by getting the dup of the first champion unreacheable for a large majority of the playerbase don't make us feel confident. Talking about a 10 years celebration 🥂🙄

I get where you're coming from, but... I'd bet any amount of money that this was a successful event for Kabam. The unit sink events aren't going anywhere, especially not an event that gets the average player to spend their earned units down to zero.
Personally, I think the rewards were fine.
If anything... A. the crystals just weren't very fun to open B. having a realm event based around raw spend just doesn't feel very good (when compared to something like deaths in necro) C. the milestone unit cost is a bit too high for the rewards offered, and D. My biggest gripe: the event (as a whole) lacks the kind of fun holiday-themed content you'd find in a lot of other games during this time of the year. Feels like an enormous missed opportunity to do a holiday special quest... especially when Santa is, canonically, an Omega-level mutant.
The new realm milestones are a great addition in my eyes. Yes, they’re at a very high amount of points required, but getting another R3 and a 7* rare champ selector is a great improvement. The 7* selector is what I most wanted from rank rewards, personally.
Hoping we blow past the 5 billion mark and see even more milestones now lol

It should of been a generic and a limited selector over the rare selector

I have absolutely zero drive to spend another 1500 units for a 7* trophy champ that I'll never use.

The new milestones confuse me. While I welcome the willingness to hear feedback and make adjustments, I don’t understand the rationale here. The event has morphed and morphed again—that appears to be a response to problems with crystals that virtually any veteran player could have pointed out before the event dropped.

It 100% feels like this that these changes only happened due to how the crystals had little value due to all the lowest amount drops
The isophyne dupe was high enough expenditure for those who do it. It says on the question mark that anything past is cherry on the top. IMO anything past the isophyne dupe should not have required more spending. The supposed goal was to make the gap between spenders and non spenders less wide but they add more goals for more spending. What a joke.

It’s insane.
I got my milestone and I’m done.
The added rewards are nice but there should be more for “each” of the milestones
There are players who can’t get all the milestones and the milestones after isophyne is ehhhh
Or a nice addition, but it needs to be more if possible for “Rachel of the milestones.
Rank 34 milestones and + should be better than 1000 Titan shards
