I'm still confused on who "Grinded their Assets off"? Valiant is just as easy as the other titles to get.
If you're genuinely confused, then I'll explain it to you. Getting Valiant is easy NOW. When the title was first released nearly a year ago, it was no "easy" task. Myself and others had to do Necropolis and Act 8.4 to get get our rank 3 mats to get the title. We had to put in work.
Before we could even do that, we had to grind for revives and health potions before the revive farm was nerfed. Necro was more difficult for those who didn't have the ideal champs. Keep in mind too, that easy is subjective and may not mean the same for everyone. Getting the title was easy-ish for some, but more difficult for others.
We deserve to continue to get the highest rewards from having the Valiant title, instead of getting the lesser rewards and pretty much being left out in the cold.
Now thinking i think tb was the hardest title to get when it came out since barley t5cc dropped when tb came out yet valiant it was 6 months

If TB's are getting enough strong resources to get them an insane amount of r3's for their accounts, then Valiants should have gotten the same respect with enough resources for at least 3 r4's.

But yeah we put a lot of resources as people ran 100% necro or waited on 8.4 but mainly necro with not many options to use since low resources to r5 then until the paths , and people rushed valiant as exclusive deals yet some how that didnt last long since in just a year it got put with tb getting 7s in double track, now banquet with the crystal being more aimed for as i think u said it of tb than valiant which is a shame since was suppose to be better for valiants.
Lol. Probably because I made mine before yours, around the time we started to see what was really going on..that we were getting shafted. And I would contribute it to the fact that a LOT of players agree with my sentiments.

Wow. You had to do 8.4. You poor thing. How did you ever survive such difficult content?

Hes saying it to the other guy before his previous comment was deleted he showed he finished a path of necro
I don't know why my other response to you kept getting deleted lmfao, but I'll repost it here.
What is your progression level? Asking because in case you're TB or under, you can't see Necropolis since it's only accessible to Paragon and up, and therefore can't understand what many older Valiants had to do, and why we're expressing our disgust with the banquet.
There were 12 paths with 14 mini bosses on each path, who had almost 8 Million healthpools. The Grandmaster was the final boss with over 12 million in health. This quest was designed so that we would die.........a lot.
We could not "Herc it" meaning we couldn't even lessen the pain by taking advantage of Hercules's immortality buff, and other champs indestructible buffs. They would be removed. Aegon was the built for these quests and was one of the best champion options we had, but not everyone had him, so they had to do it the best way they could. We had to deal with the wild nodes, plus the "Ankh of Necropolis" extra nodes.
Before the revive nerf and intro of the lame apothecary, we had to farm revives from earlier quests. Revive farm was easy, but tedious. Kabam put a deadline on the revive farm, so we had to get as many as we could before it ended. Some players had hundreds of revives in overflow.
Completion only got us ONE r3 gem, and that was RNG. Exploration got an r3 generic gem. Because there was no other way to get a second r3 to become Valiant, many players fully explored Necro 100%. Again, that's 12 paths + 14 mini bosses per path w/ 8 million health pools each + Grandmaster with 12 million health, his bs "red light green light" game, his one hit K.O, and reverse controls. If you didn't have a reverse control immune champ, you better have some damn good game skills or else you were royally screwed.
That alone was a LOT of grind and hard work.
Here are some screeners of the quest so you can see:
So no, this was nowhere near as easy as the other titles!

Based on this childish, low levels of maturity, intellectually regressing comment, you're too juvenile to be in this discussion. Go figure out your life, fix your insecurities, suck your pacifier, and respectfully STFU.

Yup, and now acts like OMG getting Valiant was easy...
Surely hes a troll then since 8.1 and 8.2 is no where near tough to beat
If TB's are getting enough strong resources to get them an insane amount of r3's for their accounts, then Valiants should have gotten the same respect with enough resources for at least 3 r4's.
We deserve to continue to get the highest rewards from having the Valiant title. But instead, we got the lesser rewards and pretty much was left out in the cold.
Wow. You had to do 8.4. You poor thing. How did you ever survive such difficult content?
Based on this childish, low levels of maturity, intellectually regressing comment, you're too juvenile to be in this discussion. Go figure out your life, fix your insecurities, suck your pacifier, and respectfully STFU.
Forever.
My guy, the point is that 8.4 isn't "putting in work". Story content isn't something you should every use as a measurement of how hard something was to obtain. Story content difficulty has been reduced to nothing. Not only that, it was cut in half in how much you had to do.
From what I can tell, you've been playing for about 4 years ish. You had it easier time getting to Thronebreaker than those of us who were Cavalier when TB released.
This is just the circle of MCOC. Things get easier, resources become more available. We didn't have the option people have now of doing one or the other.
When you started playing, becoming uncollected was much easier for you than it was for me. So don't put yourself on such a high pedestal because you don't deserve to be up there. You can't ever shame anyone for how easy something came for them unless you started at the very beginning of the game.
Also, you didn't get TB rewards, TB and Paragon got Valiant rewards. SBCs had 7* rank up mats. That's what Valiants are focused on. This whole concept that progressions can't share rewards or it means they are lesser is just ridiculous.
They should've named this the Thronebanquet event.
As a Valiant I hated these crystals like I've never hated opening crystals before. It was the most underwhelming experience. Totally devoid of excitement that should've been there for a holidays event, let alone a 10 year celebration marker.

They couldn't do the EASIEST of the two requirements to even start getting on the road to Valiant, yet are on here with some "kabam made getting valiant easy for us. I don't see what the problem is..." bs? Lmfao

TB had to complete AoL for the T5CC to get that R4. At the time, it was the hardest content and we only had R2 6*'s to do it with. Most of us had to do act 6 pre nerf and everything just to get those rank up mats. You didn't have to experience that.
They should've named this the Thronebanquet event.
As a Valiant I hated these crystals like I've never hated opening crystals before. It was the most underwhelming experience. Totally devoid of excitement that should've been there for a holidays event, let alone a 10 year celebration marker.
The 1-2 gem near the top of the SOLO milestones was one of the biggest "wtf?" moments for me lol That should have been a 2-3 gem if you're VALIANT

I saw that and was like why does a higher % get a 1-2 only why not be r3 stuff
For those that want to read crashes statement about last year
Ooooh thanks for this....transparent reminder of how Kabam thinks.
So I take 3 things from this:
1. The greater, highly anticipated rewards are (supposed to be) kept behind tough content to encourage lower tier players to push for progression right? And the event isn't tailored to progession levels, but the lower tiers end up getting good rewards bc they just happen to be good for their accounts. This seems like a contradiction. Especially with the current banquet. If this is the case, then where's the incentive for them to push for progression for Acts 8 and 9? Why would they think about progressing if they're already getting great rewards from banquet, and in turn are able to stack their accounts from it?
2. The crystals are admittedly trash, and basically we shouldn't be financially participating in an event where we're going to get horrible rewards lol

3. We can expect a response around Jan. 4th 😆
Point one is the main focus of that if no progression lock on events then nothing should have a lock stores eq it might aswell be all unlocked from start since its meaningless at this point
Lol. Probably because I made mine before yours, around the time we started to see what was really going on..that we were getting shafted. And I would contribute it to the fact that a LOT of players agree with my sentiments.
Yeah, even though we basically said the same thing just two different ways lol. I honestly don’t care which one gets more recognition. I just hope Kabam responds to you.

All of game design (or any design really) is about compromises. The term “game balance” itself refers to compromises between competing requirements. If you believe everything is all or nothing you can’t be a game designer, or for that matter have any meaningful conversation with game designers. As a designer of stuff myself, whenever someone says “well, if you do this here you have to do this everywhere or you’re just a hypocrite” that’s the point where I check out of the conversation as having no point to continuing.

Yet these TBs and Cavs just don't want to do story content because it's "tOO haRd"
??
But the real reason they don't do it because Kebem keeps giving them end game rewards every year for some reason,
Kebem enables this behaviour.
😌
That should have been a 2-3 gem if you're VALIANT
